They don't give lab results when they say they will call you on the day the results are supposed to be in this is uncalled for and not a good practice
Staff is wonderful and do everything they can to assist the residents. Love the case managers and front desk staff, so friendly ! So on point and very communicative. We need more people in our communities that are… dedicated as much as they are. Don’t like how they go about helping some residents, but they are the experts and have done a phenomenal job taking the time to research the proper training to assist them.
