I decided to pursue IOP during a difficult time in my life (personal health problems, family health problems, job dissatisfaction). I had been seeing a psychiatrist and individual therapist for a couple years. I made a… lot of progress, but felt like I was slipping. My psychiatrist recommended a group IOP program as a next step in my therapy, and Thrive was at the top of her list based on patients’ experiences. Anna and Rebeca are wonderful and very caring. Most importantly, they keep you accountable for progress and milestones, which is very important. I really enjoyed the program overall, and it helped me get through surgery in addition to other issues. The group sessions are great. You learn a lot of skills, and there are fun activities like art therapy. If I had a minor nitpick, I think the skills material (CBT, DBT) was a bit dense at times and could be overwhelming. Another thing I liked is the website where you had full access to the tools and resources covered in the groups any time you wanted to refresh on something, and they let you keep access to it after your IOP is over, which is awesome. Highly recommend this program. It’s run by great people who not only care about your progress but hold you to it as well.

This IOP program has been the best therapy experience I've had of all the different treatments I've tried, and has the best therapists of any therapists I've met with. Rebeca and Anna are amazing at their jobs in… different ways. I really like how the groups break down different therapy concepts in a way that makes them easier to grasp and identify how your emotions, feelings, and behaviors are connected.

From intake to discharge, the process was smooth. They explained insurance clearly and helped coordinate care. The IOP groups were engaging and practical. I felt supported the whole time.

I learned a lot of coping skills that have been necessary for me and my quality of… life has improved significantly since I started my work with Thrive. Anna is great, she's very patient and genuinely cares about her clients.

There are a lot of topics covered in the… group sessions (CBT, DBT, art therapy, etc.) and I’ve been able to apply what I’ve learned to my life after leaving the program. I would recommend IOP at Thrive for anyone who needs to share their struggles with others going through the same things.

Terrible program. They are expanding beyond their own capabilities and is honestly a joke when it comes to php/iop. Do yourself a favor and find a place that actually knows what they’re doing and isn’t just focused on… making whatever money they can through insurance as they go along.
