Turning Point – Sacramento

Worker is extremely disrespectful and rude. Beatrice is supposed to pick up clients once a week and goes a whole month without pick up. Supervisors have been informed and no action has been taken. She doesn’t give a… scheduled date or time for pick ups, she just calls whenever she’s on her way. The times she’s had a scheduled appointment she has no showed and had to be called to figure out why she hasn’t arrived yet. She called to inform the caregiver she is on her way(without advising her previously of the time and date) and when informed they weren’t home she hung up. Did not call back and the client had to call back to see if she was going to still pick up. She takes clients to do her personal shopping. She gets paid an allowance for each client and visit and when her client has asked to get a drink from the store she refuses to use the allowance money and informs the client that their caregiver needs to send them with money and pockets the allowance that is intended for the client and their visits.10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

So disrespectful they don't even have an inbox. So you can't give them. Your information about your case. If they don't have an inbox this already makes me know. They're not working for the government they're working… for themselves. And when you get there you have to wait 2 to 3 hours. Before you get any help. Got to go through three different individuals as well.

This place as a company is a joke

My sister and her husband are using their services to try and get housing, There was supposed to be a lady here at 10:00, no show by 10:20 so we called her and she said she would be here shortly and didn't even… apologize. It is now 10:48 and she hasn't arrived or called? government funded not doing their jobs she should be fired. Worker was named destiny out of rosin court location.

I've been to this clinic multiple times and everytime the staff has been very kind and helpful. I also like that they're open for walk in intakes. I would recommend coming here if you need help.

This is a horrible place and waste of time , I told them I was suicidal and hit myself and needed help , I talked to three people at the end they basically said they couldn’t help me and to wait to see my psychiatrist… in a week . Ridiculous. They don’t care. What the hell am I supposed to do now. Thanks for nothing. I need help where do u go now .

Get back on my feet and they make sure I was steady mentally

The most garbage place u can see therapy for their accepting clients but cant see them because under staffed they do not give and meds dont go here it's a joke

Went to Turning Point in CRISIS. Honestly suicidal, no plan yet but that was ONLY after horrible thoughts that I was having were barely being controlled by me. I was desperate!! I so needed help in that moment. I should… have been hospitalized. I was offered PEER COUNSELING at a later date!! It would have been funny in any other circumstance. I was in total crisis!! Now I have NOWHERE to turn for help. NOWHERE!! Thanks Turning Point!!

Psychiatric hold. Help clear my mental space a little and provided resources for my further recovery.
