UMCF – Columbus Detox and Rehab Services
What UMCF – Columbus offers, on record, is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

UMCF – Columbus Address, Location and Contact Information
Records give the address as 431 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio, 43215. Franklin County covers this area. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. The practical question of getting to appointments week after week is worth thinking through at the outset.
A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

They are really good with children
If i could do negative stars i would! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! My husband and I were in the adoption/fostering program, after finishing the classes it took weeks for an response from our caseworker just… to find out that she had retired! Finally got a new casework to schedule our homestudy and the day before the homestudy we got and email yes an email! That they were putting a pause on adoption , and that they wished us well on our journey?!?! And now our new agency can't get a response from them go get our training hours!! After wasting a year with this company ! Fighting with them for months!!!
This office and Christina Popp do not care about their patients. Communication is awful. Do not take your children here!
Absolutely horrible service and treatment. I was treated here for my anxiety and depression. I have been dealing with this company for a little over a year now and have been switched to FIVE different doctors. The two… who I have been with the longest are the most condescending women I have ever met who did not listen to my concerns at all and treated me like a child who doesn't know her own mental health concerns. I was never listened to and was constantly shut down by both of them. As for the other three doctors, I loved all of them, as they were caring, accommodating, and actually empathetic. However, the longest that I ever saw one of these three was two months or, in other words, two appointments. I would also like to add how we were met with a hefty $3,000 bill that we were never told about. It took my mother calling this company THREE separate times to find out where this bill came from and to find out that it was an error on their part, yet we were still expected to pay. Absolutely disgusted with this company.
Great counseling resources.
