They lost my paper work then blamed me for not coming back to the facility after I completed to tell them to turn in the paperwork. Staff is rude and no help at all
The home incarceration program Lon runs is set up to help ppl. The D.U.I. Classes dont payfor them upfront until u complete them. I had lost mine' i paid the $75 intake fee. Had merely 7 classes to do' so on the secomd… one i paid 300 of the 350 for all 7. I end up completing 5 and my bond was raised so i wqs locked up. I stayed 7 months, got out' now im told that i must pay the 75 dollar intake fee again another 350 for the classes conplete them' 40 dollar reinstatement fee then whatever else way they can find to pinch anither dollar out of ppl already going thru alot. I guess too much times has passed, i dont know, but i kniw it sure stings becauae after court cost and fines im now over $2k into a dui that 2 officers passed me the third said my pupils didnt dialate. They were 4 others tearing my truck apart and nothing was found, so i guess if the 4th one hadnt got me #5 would have. Not bashing vanarks name ir anything' just saying moneys tigjt coming out of jail trying to get on ur feet, safest bet is mountain comp or theres a kim lady in pikeville thats awesome to work with u.
