Vida Innova – Alcobaça

Small clinic with young but very good therapists. No fixed program; instead, they look at what is going on within the group and/or for you. They look at the underlying problems. Other clinics are often much more focused… on how addiction works. Food and drink are very austere—you would expect more vegetables and fruit—but the help is amazing!

I had a good time here, I learned a lot and to this day no regrets, the therapists were all sweet and understanding and certainly respectful. It was my first clinic for me and I'm glad it was this clinic, of course I… hope it's never needed again but I would go back soon. You learn a lot from them and they give you completely different insights in certain areas. And I also had difficult moments but they dragged me through that and they never gave up, it was all worth it

What a lovely team of therapists and monitors they have here. They really helped me to start loving myself again. Due to this alone, I would have to say they're AMAZING! It's been a while I was able to let go of… self-hate, I'm so grateful for that. They have taught me I'm not defined by my mistakes and helped me realize even more I'm not responsible for my disease, but I am responsible for my recovery. Thanks Team 💪

Hello viewers, When i first came in the clinic there was no more power in me, just 1% wast left. I was in a severe alcohol addiction and untreated PTSS at that point. I had no hope in life anymore and everything was… dark, depressed and negative. I started my treatment full open and i gave everything what i've got. The multidisciplinair team of the clinic was very professional, carefull, get to the core and give you personalized care i a peacefull and small-scala area in Alcobaça. I'm so happy that i take this treatment! I can recommend this treatment-clinic to everybody who is suffering from a addiction. They made me a total new- positive person. I see the world i such a better and brighter daylight now. Also you can call the clinic if you're having a hard time. They give you good advice (for example) to use the tools to prevent a relapse.
