I found Dr. Bulger to be unhelpful and unpleasant.
Beware! Heard this place was nice before Bulger got there and from my experience Bulger is absolutely clueless and cost me thousands of $$$$ when I went there after I retired. Maybe it was because I was younger but it… seems like she’s there for a pension and doesn’t care about patients. Went to her with legitimate concerns, her answer was “have you tried exercising.” Apparently she never looked through my records. All she wanted to do was push a Covid vaccine. I can only figure that she knows somebody above that’s protecting her. For our community of veterans I hope I’m the only one that has had this experience. Transferred to Bradford, much better Dr’s and had everything taken care of after only one visit and they seem to care about your wellness. Concerned MSG ret.

The VA Clinic is the best, they treat me for lots of physical injuries, no complaints here.
The staff is excellent and they always respond promptly to any questions or appointment requests I have.
Pleasant staff and good service
The staff here are pretty great for the most part. Woody is absolutely outstanding and will bend over backwards to help you. Definitely one of the better VA outpatient clinics I have been too. My one and only complaint… is when you leave messages here, and you can leave multiples, they don't always get the info to tour doctor or nurse. It can be extremely frustrating, especially when you run out of meds because someone didn't pass on the info that you needed a refill.
I use the VA for everything I need as far as medical care goes and they have always been top notch.
