Wayne Behavioral Health Network – Lyons Detox and Rehab Services
Wayne Behavioral Health Network – Lyons appears on the register for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
Co-occurring mental health conditions are addressed alongside substance use, which is the approach the evidence supports. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

Wayne Behavioral Health Network – Lyons Address, Location and Contact Information
Wayne Behavioral Health Network – Lyons is located at 1519 Nye Road in Lyons, New York, 14489. The city lies within Wayne County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

Best care I can imagine.
My counselor cancels on me at least twice a month, the reception office is totally unavailable for hours during the day so it makes it impossible to call and schedule/reschedule/cancel appointments. If reception doesn’t… answer my phone calls when I need to cancel an appointment, I better not have a bill for a no-show.
I have been going there since 6th grade. I am now 23 and they told me I can’t go there anymore because I moved a town over and my psychiatrist and counselor quit on me and now are refusing to give me my meds. I am on… heavy anti psychotics and have been getting sick daily from withdrawals and they don’t care at all. I take schizophrenia medication and bpd meds etc and they just cut me off because they don’t wanna do their job anymore. These are meds I need to be okay, and normal. This is not okay.
I have been going here for many years. The therapists were kind, my Doctor is wonderful. I am able to get in for telephone appointments when needed. Any issues or concerns I have had, have been resolved, I have not had… negative experiences like some.
This place has gone above and beyond to help me. They provided me so much help when I wasn’t even a client yet. They truly want to help and you can tell they care about the safety and wellbeing of their clients. Joan,… Samantha, Terry and Shawn have giving me so much hope and I am extremely Grateful for all of them!.
Have been helping me on my journey.
Can't stand all the comments about how bad this place is for so long. I assure you if you put in the work this place will save and change the entirety of your life. It did for me because I'm understand what happens… there is only half the battle
There are some good kind people here if you look.
Very poor record keeping here and incompetent staff. We only entered the building 3 times for appointments. After discovering the Dr accidentally prescribed my daughter the wrong dosage of her medication we decided not… to return. We did not schedule any other appointments yet we are being billed for 7 appointments. When I asked the woman at the front desk for proof of us checking in to the building she could not provide that but still billed me.
Went to them for 3 years my mental health got worse and they dropped me for no reason.
Tremendously Under staffed. No compassion. The Nurse practitioners will make you feel 2 inches tall when speaking to them about your disability or mental health. Donna Fladd will be the first one to tell you, you don’t… need medication you need more therapy. What a joke. How’s only therapy going to help someone who absolutely needs mental health medications to function in every day life? You will wait 6 months to finally see a “nurse practitioner” whom tells you medication is not the answer therapy is…. That’s a severely uneducated answer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’ve now had to go straight to the management twice to fight for my right to be treated confidently, with respect and dignity. as outlined in the NYS law. google reviews speak volumes on their own. 15 out of 22 reviews are 1 star. Average of a 2.2 star facility.
I was lead to believe this place could help After a few weeks of being rescheduled pushed back a few more days I ended up wasting almost 2 weeks believing I was going to get assistance when in the end I was told I would… not be able to be helped. I'm extremely disappointed in Wayne County.....
Very rude staff and no help whatsoever.
Not funded or staffed well enough to deal with people who have really bad mental health issues. Two years of therapy and meds and my mental state has only gotten worse.
This place is a joke ! They will not listen nor try to work with both parties involving a child. The mental behavior unit is ran by unprofessional people.I know for sure of one Councler whom is definitely not willing to… work with a family . Look at the rating 2.5 ! It’s should be less.
I have been calling for the past two days all different hours and no one ever EVER answers the phone calls. Only way to be seen is through emergency.. what a joke you can't even leave a voicemail message
My son had an first time appointment with Rachel Mace. My son was sitting in the waiting room when his name was called by Ms. Mace. The first thing she said to him in the waiting room before even saying hello was “are… you high”. My son was taken back and said no why? Ms. Mace said “your one eye is red”. My son proceeded to tell her he was blind in that eye from a childhood accident and if your high both eyes would be red. This was all out in the waiting room. It gets much worse after he went into the room for his appointment. Ms. Mace proceeded to be very rude not only to my son but also his girlfriend. When my son explained why he was there to get information about a certain treatment. Ms. Mace kept interrupting and my son and his girlfriend both having a very hard time just telling her why they were there. Ms. Mace acted like she could have cared less what they were there for and started making faces like she was just over the conversation. She then told my son he needed to sign some papers to continue the session. When my son and his girlfriend asked what the paperwork was for, Ms. Mace would not explain to them what they were signing. My son’s girlfriend said that’s it, if you cannot explain the paperwork then my son was not signing anything. My son and his girlfriend then left the appointment understanding that going to see Ms.Rachel Mace was a complete waste of time. She is not their to help anyone. She treated my son like he didn’t have a brain in his head. What Ms. Mace didn’t understand is she was dealing with two professional people that do very well for themselves. My son and his girlfriend were treated like common criminals and that’s not how to treat anyone coming in to talk about such personal issues. Shame on Ms. Mace she should not work for this county office. I wonder how many other people come for help or just information and get treated like this?
Just tried calling several times and no1 answered wow what a lousy receptionist today
I go see Rachel she don’t help me at all. I kwon she don’t care about me, says I’m over seeded with married man name savage. Hope things get better, go back to old ways kwon help from her.
So they want to charge people 1000$ for 2 sessions then their accounting department can't answer back for 4 business days if not more when there's an unethical mistake??? Why are they still getting funding?
after years of pain, hospitalization, medications and many therapists....my therapist Tina listened to me and knew exactly what I needed to get through a lot of trauma and to get better quickly...Im no longer treading… water...can swim happy now...I can pick up myself now when I get hurt...
