The therapist was super nice the couches in the waiting room were comfy it was clean and had sand and magnets in the therapists room.
If I could give this place a negative star review I would. One of the therapists snapped at me the very first time I went there, simply because I had turned down this white noise machine, I didn't understand their rules… as it was my first time being there. And today was suppose to have an at home session today, therapist was a no call no show and tried saying she tried to call and schedule it for telehealth, no phone calls or emails. Asked to speak to a supervisor, just to get asked for my name and number which pretty much means nothing will get done.
