The person on the phone sound annoyed right away. I explained I was given this number by a medical physician for a teen she right away asked what city I live in anf when I said it she sigh and right away gave me a list… of conditions to be considered. Finally saying the soonest appointment she has is in the first or second week of July. I said I could take something the second week of July she then informed me she is not taking my appointment at this time because my insurance needs to be runned first but she didn't take my appointment because of she wasn't sure of the dates. WT Heck? Her tone was so dismissive and and her words lacked sense or logic. She was unprofessional and extremely inefficient. I just decided not avoid this place. I looking for help to cope not for more nonsense.
My daughter has been seeing jovenna a head and I am so incredibly grateful for her she is so sweet.
