I came to Hatch to seek recovery for mental health and substance abuse struggles and initially this program and the environment was a place of solace. I mostly do have a positive experience from going here but also have… some qualms looking back in retrospect. While I was there indoor vaping was allowed and I have pretty bad asthma and had some significant struggles with my health. I tried to advocate for my health and even asked my dad if he could speak to the owner because I felt like I was not being fully heard and people were not taking my boundary seriously. I ended up in the hospital due to an asthma attack and there were countless days and nights where i struggled to breathe.the indoor vaping stopped for a little but continued/there were specific people who disregarded my asks all together / would talk behind my back and rumors/misconstrued words were spread despite how negatively it was affecting me. To this day my lungs are facing the consequences of the on going second hand vapor i was exposed to. So if you do have compromised lungs I would be cautious of that because in my experience I had to keep advocating for myself and with that I felt as if it was seen as a nuisance by other peers and the owner after my dad spoke to him on the phone about it more than once. I also decided to do sober living and was paying out of my savings account and because I didn’t have direct income my dad graciously helped me pay for half of it. I even talked to the owner about being really low on money and trying to work a deal of some sort so i could get some help for the month and no help was offered. I come to find out through the other girls in the program that Tony and Mary were not charging rent to a load of other girls in the program. Im not sure why there was a discrepancy and I wish I had found out sooner considering I ran through all of my savings account money paying way too much to stay in a sober living house with no accommodations at all while other girls were getting their rent paid in full. I also had a traumatizing experience with a roommate in the sober living. Apparently the owner and staff knew she was troubled for lack of better words and did not inform me at all before she asked me to be her roommate. I quickly found out through my peers and sharing a room with her how mentally unstable she was and it was a genuine threat to my safety and mental health at times. And lastly after some months of being at Hatch and in desperate need of a job Tony referred me to this guy he knew who was opening a pizza shop and in need of new hires. I started working there and the owner was a total pervert. He said some really inappropriate stuff to me and ended up texting me after work and eventually telling me “my ass was not big enough for a raise.” Im not one to leave mean reviews but this was my genuine experience. It wasn’t all bad, there was a lot of good that came out of being in the program but I did come to Hatch for the overall betterment of my mental health and felt like there were a ton of barriers and obstacles and traumatic experiences i faced while at hatch that should never have happened and i never got to fully process/am still dealing with the physical repercussions of.
My wife couldn’t stop drinking. I tried literally everything I could think of to help her, to no avail. A friend told me about Tony, Mary and Hatch Behavioral Health. Contacting them is ultimately the decision that… saved my wife’s life. I don’t know what happened or what they are putting in the koolaid at that place, but my wife has not picked up a drink in over a year. We are celebrating our 12 year anniversary tomorrow. If you are reading this and in a similar situation that I was, please don’t hesitate to call Tony and Mary. They are saints, and truly care about the well being of their clients.
I can’t say enough good things about Hatch Behavioral Health. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely supported and understood. The staff is incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly cares about each… person’s journey. They create a safe, welcoming environment where you can be honest, grow, and heal without judgment. The program itself is well-structured and has made a huge difference in my life. I’ve learned tools and coping skills that I’ll carry with me long-term, and I’ve built meaningful connections along the way. It’s clear that this place is dedicated to helping women not just recover, but thrive. I’m so grateful for my experience here and would highly recommend Hatch to anyone looking for real support and lasting change.
Recovery is possible. This place helped prove that to me. If you’re struggling to get sober or stay sober... COME HERE!! This place has helped me immensely and I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing owners, TONY… AND MARY!! I have been able to stay sober for 1 year and counting. I couldn’t have done it without the help from Hatch Behavioral!!
Incredible staff! This place truly cares, and can speak on recovery with experience themselves. Doing treatment with all women is also a game changer.
So grateful for the chance to have been connected with the incredible treatment/resources/psychiatric team here while pursuing active recovery. It's not an easy journey, but so worth it and (in my personal opinion) only… truly possible with a strong support system. Thank you to Mary & the entire team for your incredible presence, humility and service during my stay here.
Saved my sister’s life! Thank you so much!!!
This place is one of the best programs you could go to, the people genuinely care for you and look out for your best interests! I highly recommend!
We’re incredibly grateful for the hatch program and the positive impact it’s had on our daughter. The staff is compassionate, professional, and truly invested in each individual’s healing. She gained valuable coping… skills and confidence in a supportive, safe environment. We highly recommend this program to any family seeking meaningful care and lasting change.
I had a truly positive experience with hatch! The staff is compassionate, professional, and genuinely invested in each person’s recovery. The groups are supportive and insightful, and I gained practical tools I use… every day. The environment feels safe and welcoming, and the care is personalized rather than one-size-fits-all. I’m incredibly grateful for this program and highly recommend it to anyone seeking meaningful support and lasting change.
Really really good place to go if you’re serious about recovery! They also have amazing sober living houses
Love this program and all that they do for women in recovery!
The owners and staff of Hatch truly care for your recovery and well being in their program and beyond. I felt very understood and cared for during my time & have learned incredible tools for my future. Hatch BH is for… women who are serious about their program and look to find long term solutions. I had a great experience with all of the facilitators, case managers & therapists. I highly recommend Hatch
This place saved my life, it’s very obvious that there number one priority is the clients. Thank you Hatch
I left the facility I was at hoping to find something that challenged me differently. I found that with Hatch. I could feel the difference when I met everyone at hatch. They genuinely care about your recovery and the… things we go through to get our lives back. One on one therapy allowed me to process through things that weighed heavy on my heart The therapist at hatch is beyond amazing. She cares about you and your recovery! She had so much knowledge and experience to share helping me through the things I was dealing with. I can say the same for group therapy. She has years of sobriety and so much experience! She cares immensely about your recovery and you can tell. The groups are small enough to where everyone gets time to process through whatever they need to. It felt so much more personal than where I was coming from. They all give the best advice and assisting you through anything. They really showed me I was capable of great things. I owe hatch all the love. It felt like a family when I was there and I would 10/10 recommend to the women that struggles with addiction or mental health illnesses. ❤️
