This place saved my life coming up on 8 years sober. Thanks!
I had an excellent experience at Willow Tree receiving help for alcoholism. The staff was incredible, the facility was clean and comfortable, and the administrative staff did wonders with my insurance company so that… the whole experience was possible. I was nervous about going to treatment, but I couldn't be happier that I did, and Willow Tree exceeded my hopes and expectations. Thank you, Willow Tree, for all the help, friendships, guidance, support, and for my sobriety! PS- about to celebrate 6 years. 🥰🙏
Just coming up on 13 years!!!! The place saved my life and hopefully it can save yours. Highly recommended
I was a non-functional alcoholic with a death wish when I entered Willow Tree 10 years ago. I haven't had a drink and my life has flourished ever since. I have much love, respect, and appreciation for all of those who… helped me in my time of need @ Willow Tree. My experience was transformative. I continue to incorporate the knowledge and techniques learned while there into my life today. Thank you!
I highly recommend Willow Tree Recovery. I went there on my near deathbed and received an immense amount of loving care. It played a massive role in saving my life. I was given the resources and knowledge to become and… remain a sober and productive individual. The staff and therapist to client ratios are outstanding, of the four therapists they each have only 3-4 clients at max occupancy so you receive plenty of direct personal therapy on top of the process groups. The facility is well kept. There are only 16 residents max so there is ample opportunity to get to know your peers and build strong connections with them as well as the therapists and staff. There is a reason why this center is well known and highly respected across the country. If you or someone you care for is suffering, Willow Tree Recovery is the place for them.
Can’t recommend willow tree enough. Changed my life!!!! Staff is great, center is great, can’t say enough great things!
My experience at Willow Tree was exceptional. From a clinical perspective, the program was outstanding, and the staff provided incredible care and support. The facility was clean, comfortable, and situated in a… beautiful location, creating a welcoming and peaceful environment. I cannot imagine seeking treatment anywhere else and would highly recommend Willow Tree to anyone in need of their services. While I do not anticipate needing treatment again, if the need ever arose, I would undoubtedly return to Willow Tree.
By far the biggest gift I have ever received was the treatment given at Willowtree. This place changed my life and I cant praise any more how wonderful it was with the excellent staff and care given.
I can’t say enough about the staff and the program at Willow Tree. They enabled me to have a life free of my addiction. Because of the staff and the program I have 10 years clean and sober. I have always recommended… this program and will continue to.
This place saved my adult daughter's life. I will be forever grateful to them.
I just hit my 10 year sobriety date June 1st! Willow tree Recovery saved my life. The coping skills & meditation I learned has been incredible for my sobriety. The therapy here is top notch! I felt loved, & felt I could… progress at my own speed. The owners care about each individual. I felt spoiled! The facility is very nice & clean. The atmosphere is everything I needed & more. Staff cares & are also in recovery themselves which made all the difference for me, because they understand what I was going through! I would 100% recommend starting your journey here at Willow Tree Recovery!
Wonderfull staff and Teraphist
I struggled with alcohol/drugs, self-worth, confidence, and anxiety for 8 years of my life. was completely lost and hopeless. My false egotistical mindset was basically the only thing that was keeping me going. That was… before I had the opportunity of going to Willowtree Recovery Center. At Willowtree I was not only accepted with open arms and a non judgmental lense, but with love and true sympathy and empathy. It was a very safe place where! felt ! could be vulnerable and honest about my past, and current mindset/situational behavior. The staff was extremely professional and kind. I was taught how to cope with my addiction and how to change into the best version of myself. I have been to 3 inpatient rehabilitation centers in the past 8 years, and none of them even closely compare to what Willowtree provided me with. The tools to live my life free from the chains of drugs and alcohol. I highly recommend Willowtree Recovery Center to anyone that is struggling with drugs and or alcohol abuse.
Super cool place to link up with other addicts. If you want to hook up then this is the place, but if you want to get sober you should look elsewhere. This is a very expensive and exclusive 'rehab' center. You can tell… everyone you went to get help, but you can just bang. There is a liquor store across the street, and from my experience you can go get a couple of bottles and come back and the staff won't even know you're gone. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone who wants to say they went to treatment but didn't do anything
Willow Tree is a first rate program from its ownership to its frontline staff. There are a lot treatment options these days, but there few hold a flame to Willow Tree’s standard.
Jake is amazing at always taking the initiative to put clients needs at top in order to make sure the best care is given. Willow Tree is definitely a place of hope, love, and care!
My experience at Willow Tree was top notch and unlike anything I had received at other treatment centers across the country. The smaller occupancy size allows one's stay to be catered to their individual needs as… opposed to the more common one-size-fits-all approach in treatment. The clinical staff is phenomenal and well rounded in their styles and philosophies. While the group and individual therapy sessions are intensive, the program incorporates a good mix of other activities and experiences that highlight the type of life that is possible for a person in recovery. I'm extremely grateful for my time at Willow Tree, and I'd recommend their program to anyone seeking treatment for substance abuse and the underlying issues that often accompany it.
My decision to seek help was difficult. Choosing Willow Tree was not. In my intense research I found them to be the only JCHO accredited TRULY Dual Diagnosis facility that had Masters prepared clinicians to help me with… my complex PTSD and significant trauma related issues that I could find in Utah. The clinical and line staff were incredible and made me feel safe. Something I hadn’t felt in 20 plus years. My treatment was personalized, confidential and thorough. The EMDR and other therapies I received have been successful in treating my nightmares, flashbacks, vivid memories, hyper awareness, intense anxiety and feelings of impending doom. I used drugs and alcohol to combat these symptoms for 20 plus years. I will forever be grateful to WTR and especially Megan for helping me find a way to process my past and find a new, healthy and effective way to LIVE without having to abuse substances. My daily gratitude list includes the wonderful people at WTR and always will!
Still sober after a year! Staff were knowable, professional and caring. There seemed to be such passion for recovery here that I just soaked it in. I learned techniques I sill use on a daily basis to help keep me sober… and other's in my "class" have also stayed sober.
I like Willowtree except for the receptionist, Julie I think her name is. Probably the rudest most unhelpful person I have ever spoken with in my entire life. I recomend this place if you can somehow bypass ever dealing… with her.
The time I spent at Willowtree Recovery Center was one of the major turning points in my life, and I have been all the better because of it. Not all in-patient addiction recovery centers are created equal and here is… what I think makes Willowtree stand out: Friendly and Compassionate Staff, Management, and Therapists. I felt very welcomed and loved by everyone who worked at Willowtree Recovery Center. Everyone on the Willowtree team wants to see their clients recover, and that is a priceless quality. Multiple Treatment Approaches. Instead of subjecting all patients to a rudimentary treatment schedule, the care is tailored to each individual patient. Do you have PTSD? They have trained psychologists to help you with that. Do you have anxiety or depression? DBT skill training sessions are available for all clients struggling with this. It is not just a 12 step recovery center. The goal at Willowtree seems to be to offer as many therapeutic remedies as possible so that clients have the best possible chance to succeed in recovery. Activities and Family Involvement. Willowtree puts an emphasis on learning to enjoy life in sobriety and they take clients on many fun activities so that clients can feel happiness again without the need for substance abuse. Also, Willowtree sees addiction as a disease that effects the whole family, and they do a great job helping family members of clients heal by providing a family night every week. Intimate Setting. Many of the other big-name treatment centers in Utah Valley have a tendency to try to take in as many clients as possible to keep revenues high. Willowtree has nearly 1 staff member for every 1 client, and only takes in between 10-14 clients at any given time. Each therapist has only 2-3 clients that they work with, so you can be certain that your care is personalized. At Willowtree, you never have to catch your therapist back up to speed. Their job is to take care of you and maybe 1 or 2 other people, so you are really being case studied better than other treatment centers in the valley. I would recommend Willowtree over any other treatment center in the surrounding area. Their quality of care is unmatched and you leave feeling as if you are part of a family. They do their best to prepare each client for success upon departure and they take care of their clients long after they leave by providing free aftercare counseling once a week for alumni. If you or a family member is struggling with addiction then look no further than Willowtree Recovery Center. If you truly want help, they will give you the best help available.
I can't say enough good things about Willowtree. This facility truly changed my life. I had struggled with opiate dependence for years and didn't know how to get myself out of the vicious cycle. A friend of mine… introduced me to the owner of WIllowtree - Jake. Jake was very patient with my questions and even allowed me to check out the facility. After a few more months went by I finally decided that I wanted to get help. I entered Willowtree in January of 2014 and have been sober ever since. The staff and curriculum were just what I needed to change my life. Willowtree was the perfect place to focus on recovery and heal. I would recommend Willowtree to anyone who is ready to address their substance abuse problems and learn how to live a sober life. If they can help me, they can help anyone.
As a service provider to this facility I've met and interacted with their ownership and staff. Their commitment to top quality service and dedication to their patients is admirable. The facility is clean and focused on… providing a positive environment for recovery and change.
