Recovery Syndicate saved me. It was here I felt safe and a security to truly work on myself. From the phone call to intake to discharge they helped and supported me every step of the way. Sarah Snyder is always on top… of helping all clients in any way she can. Terry Begaye always around to help above and beyond his job.Regina Raybourn uses her position for to do so much good and to truly help those who want it. Her experience and love for what she does shows in everything she does. BHT Timothy Vree brought such a unique approach and is one of the best BHT's I ever had. His insight and knowledge of many things gives you a clear understanding and perspective of topics. My therapist Bobbi Saenz was amazing and open with everything I needed to work on but not afraid to tell it like it is. My case manager Steve Bagnani was the best, his door always open to talk or get even the hardest things done. He never turned me away when I needed even the smallest things. Tony may be behind the scenes but always there to handle the things that need to be done. He holds down so much and keeps client care and recovery his top priority. I would recommend this place to anyone willing and ready to change their life. They show by example and experience that a new life is possible.
Recovery Syndicate truly deserves 5 stars. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the genuine care and support from the entire team. The staff are not only knowledgeable and professional, but they are also… compassionate and deeply invested in each person’s recovery journey. What really stands out is the sense of community! They create a safe, welcoming environment where people feel understood, not judged. The groups are engaging, meaningful, and actually helpful in real-life situations. You can tell they go above and beyond to make sure everyone has the tools and support they need to succeed.
Being in a part of Recovery Syndicate family..the syndicate staff became friends in my recovery that supported me through..it was an honor and humble experience for me that I well take the coping skills with me..and… grow with these humble experience and acknowledge these experiences to others..much appreciated..thank you and God blessing upon you all..Recovery Syndicate Keith hinton
Great program. If you wanna stay sober and need help getting back on your feet this is the program to attend
I was a client here and lived in their sober living for almost a year. I even stepped in as a house manager when they needed one, so everything I’m sharing comes from my personal experience. Overall, I found this place… to be incredibly unstable. The turnover rate felt extremely high—not only among clients, but also among staff. It seemed like therapists and case managers were constantly quitting, which made it really hard to build any consistency or trust. They often asked residents to communicate, yet I felt they struggled to communicate themselves. In my experience, the rules changed every couple of weeks, and it didn’t feel like there was a clear or consistent program being followed. For a sober living environment, stability and structure are so important, and I didn’t feel like those needs were being met. Instead, the constant changes and disorganization made the environment feel chaotic rather than supportive. This is just my experience, but I left feeling that the place was disorganized and didn’t provide the structure, security, or consistency that people in recovery genuinely need.
Great program
Great establishment and wonderful staff! Jon Bobko is the man!
recovery is not easy. people who gave this establishment a bad review obviously wanted things to go their way. it wasnt easy for me but this place will work with you if you do what you gotta do, simple but not easy but… this establishment helped me in court, with probation and after I got a job. this place is gonna help you grow out of the pot your in but the only requirement is the choice to want to best for you.
Staff are really nice and the facility is cozy. Steve and John are awesome
I completed Recovery Syndicate's Intensive Outpatient Treatment program and now have 6 months Sobriety. Their knowledgeable and compassionate team and program helped lay the foundation for my recovery for which I will… always be grateful.

Recovery Syndicate was a place for me to aquire the tools necessary to to live a sober life. As a graduate I have found gainful employment and continue structured living staying at "Clean and "Sober Homes" the whole… process was very rewarding.
I wanna say thanks to everyone here Rob and Christine, Nurse Jojo , Jayla, Brittany, Chuck, Johnathan and my house manger Kevin Rambler etc 😎😎☺️🤘🤘👍👍👍 very good program for helping me with my sobriety and continuing on… my journey to recovery and munch more 😎😎😎💙💙💙🥹🥹💜💜💜 one day at a time , we can all do this 💙💙💙💙💜💜💜💜
They put clients on the street with no remorse, this place is not good for treatment, it will make you relapse and not think twice, they dont use there own teaching that they give, and would put you in so much that you… believe in and make it a waste of time without understanding, I pass all that is required and knowing what they do to there clients is wrong.
Came to pick up somebody that called and wanted to be picked up and they refused to let them know. I was there and refused to release them even though they’re allowed to leave
Where my Journey of Healing began, my only Experience in Recovery and I would Highly Recommend this Program to anyone who is Serious about Recovery,. Without a doubt it has had a Tremendous impact in my life, to have… Therapist and Staff, plus a Team who came from similar backgrounds like mine, who firmly believe in Helping others with Addiction, and A Program that is 12 step based truly inspired by the AA ways of life. The Support I continue to feel is one of Family, fellowship, comradery, and strength. This was all made possible by taking a Suggestion to seek help, but Truly Iam eternally grateful to have a foundation that bares Hope.
I highly recommend Recovery Syndicate, I went through the program in which they gave me tools I can utilize for the rest of my sober and clean life, making the right choices, going through the 12 steps and giving back… to newcomers is amazing! My life is better now and thankful for what I have now. You can do it!!
Thanks for helping me with my job assessment.
My experience with Recovery Syndicate was a bit of a rollercoaster. My daughter went through PHP and then phased to IOP. During PHP she shoplifted and it was a good learning experience, they had her return the item and… apologize to the store manager and really handled it well. She had a great therapist, and everything was going well (minus several bad experiences with the house manager at sober living). All was going great, until they called me on a Friday afternoon to let me know that they had never requested credentials through my insurance for IOP, only PHP (this was almost two weeks into her IOP) and that they were potentially going to tell her on a Friday afternoon that she had to find another IOP/sober living house that day. There was as a bunch of back and forth, I asked them to put her on scholarship while they worked credentialing with our insurance. Honestly, what kind of company only request credentialing for part of a program? Fast forward a week and a half and I get a call that they are kicking my daughter out IMMEDIATELY for testing positive for THC and the shoplifting event that happened a month prior. I get that she should not have smoked but also recognized a shift in what they were willing to accept when insurance was covering care vs when they were working through credentialing. They kicked her out that day, and out of sober living house too (like they bagged her stuff from her room because she wasn’t allowed in, for THC in her blood?!!?!?!). They did not care that she had nowhere to go and gave her the information for another IOP that would accept her and her insurance, found out two days later that the new IOP does not accept our insurance. This really showcased what a money making scheme this place is. One other thing that really disappointed me is that they told her they wanted her to start vivitrol injections and that they put a prescription in almost a month before she was kicked out of the facility, she never received the vivitrol injection when she was kicked out. This place was a disappointment and I would make sure to ask very specifically if each part of care is covered by your insurance, if you decide to go there….who would have thought you’d have to do that? If you’re reading this it must mean you or a loved one is going through addiction, I wish you all the success in your journey!
Admissions coordinators there are amazing and will go far out of their way to get you help. If you go here and need to talk to someone for life advice and experience ask, they all are great people. Syndicate has a nice… place to live when it comes to the comfort of a facility. The house managers there are all amazing people who truly care. The clinical staff was awesome and not only cared but also intelligent. But when it comes to one specific house manager Anthony, in Legacy house, trying to get any assistance it’s impossible he doesn’t care and can be rude Only helping himself and not for the client community.
Recovery Syndicate is an amazing program with some of the best staff! They truly care and would recommend this facility to anyone looking to change their life.
Recovery Syndicate helped open my eyes to the negative way I was living in my addiction. After being a client at Recovery Syndicate they gave me the tools to live a sober life. Recovery Syndicate also helped me change… my negative thoughtful and emotions to the positive. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with addiction and is ready to change.
My experience at Recovery Syndicate was nothing short of exceptional, and I feel compelled to share that fromthe very beginning, the staff at Recovery Syndicate exceeded all expectations. Their empathy, compassion, and… genuine care were evident in every interaction. They took the time to truly understand the challenges I faced and provided unwavering support throughout my entire recovery process.Recovery Syndicate's exceptional client-centered programming addresses unique needs, promotes personal growth, and creates a safe space for healing. The supportive community and expert staff empower residents to confront challenges, develop skills, and thrive. I highly recommend Recovery Syndicate for its understanding, compassion, and transformative impact. Thank you for changing lives and providing a haven of healing and support.
