I would give them zero Stars if I could. Nobody ever knows what the heck is going on they don't know what's going on with any of the programs, any of their clients, any of their staff or anything at all. Completely… useless. Staff rotates out so all the new empolyees are Completely clueless. Avoid any treatment here if you can afford to. Garbage facility.

Absolutely no communication between doctors whatsoever. I told the first provider i prefer in person appointments just to have an appointment in person but virtual… like thats not what i prefer at all. Also first… provider told me nicotine is actually good for you and that they prescribe it to everyone with ADHD, even children. Thats just wrong. If you love virtual visits but still have to go to the actual location then this is the place for you. If i knew it was basically gonna be virtual i wouldn’t have wasted gas and time to come out to this place especially in this heat. WHILE PREGNANT.

Joyce Kim has been my primary care provider for about a year I've had great care from her and her staff (besides them never being able to get my blood and having to go elsewhere.) Recently, insurance billing mandates… say they can only discuss one issue at a time. For instance, you go in for a new medication follow up that is a 30 second conversation but expect to be able to talk to her about something else small and you can't resulting in multiple appointments. However, I have other clinicians that "get around" that rule if it still falls within your 15 minute alloted time. It's extremely and difficult and annoying as a patient but not her fault. Can't blame her for following the rules. She's also a devout Christian which aligns with my values.

Bertha Mbatau is the one of the worst providers I’ve ever had. I tell her my symptoms and her pretentious attitude and rude demeanor says otherwise. She removed me off the max dosage of my Zoloft and put me on a mood… stabilizer. Now I’m dealing with symptoms of depression much worse and withdrawal symptoms. But wanted me to follow up within 3 months even though I’m on a new medication. Run from this place. Honestly this location needs to be shut down. All it is is a lawsuit waiting to happen due to malpractice by some of the providers. Also she referred to me having any crisis moments as a psycho moment and to go to the hospital and have them deal with me. So yeah, very unprofessional when it comes to a profession of a psychiatrist. She needs to be fired.

My psychiatrist was very knowledgeable and listened well to all of my concerns and needs. Super understanding, professional and prescribed me with all the meds that were necessary. BTW her name is Bertha Mbatau she's… fantastic :) thank you for all of your help !!!!

I would NOT recommend this place as a primary care provider. I did not feel heard or listened to Joyce Kim was an hour late my appointment it was at 2pm I didn't get seen until right at 3pm. She then rushed thru my… appointment and acted very confused the entire time, I had to keep correcting her after everything I told her like it was her first day being a doctor. Do NOT go here for a primary care provider!

Shlisa Evans.. Don't Take Classes from Her Hope she gets Discharged from her position. I had previous issues with her she kicked me out after being ONE day absent.. They want me to start the program all Over taking the… money I don't have.. DONT COME TO THIS TERROS LOCATION!!!!

The counseling is amazing at this location but expect every single one of your psychiatrist appointments to be canceled. You’ll be waiting months upon months for medication for mental health care just for them to cancel… the appointment same day 4 appointments in a row and will offer yet another dead end appointment for a month or two later.

I have been going there since August of 2025. So far I am impressed. They have primary care options as well as mental health and substance help and classes. I have been extremely impressed with this place and can see me… going there for a long time.

I had the worst experience I have ever had at a Facility. The front desk is rude, very unprofessional, if you are looking at the rates believe them because this place is a law suit waiting to happen. I had a really bad… experience with Angela Martinez, the med specialist for Vanessa Moe at the Olive location, completely unprofessional, utterly rude. The situation was not handled by the director Diane. She tried to delegate and make her employees actions OK I was in desperate need of medication refills and all I was told was go to the ER that there was nothing that they could do for me not knowing that they offer a medication bridge and that the medical assistant just didn’t want to take the time. I filed against this facility last week please anybody who needs mental health do not come here they will make it worse. Don’t come here!!!!

I was trying to get my Disability and SSDI but the provider Bertha did not want to help me. She was very pretentious, sarcastic, rude. That is unacceptable for a provider. Very unprofessional.

I've been coming here on and off for literally years, and I am absolutely blown away at the changes they have made. Every interaction with every staff member has been exceptional. I waited to write this review in case… it was a fluke, but after 6-7 encounters with different staff members, they're great nowadays. I absolutely LOVE my PCP, Joyce Kim. If you are stressed out by doctors or a doctor's office I highly HIGHLY recommend her. She is very sweet, patient, kind, understanding, and most importantly for me, non-judgmental. Thank you guys for changing for the better, so much, for me and for others. 😇

My therapist I give a five star rating to and my med provider as well.. but I don't know what happened to the secdualing reps after each of my appointment's with my med provider it use to take them a hour maybe a 1 hour… n half then they call to get me rescheduled now for the last 6 months these receptionist doesn't call to get the next appointment set myself the client has to do it for them or my therapist to get them to call and that is not her job. I believe terrors hired staff people that really don't want to do much or don't like talking to people today is my last time Iast time I am doing their job for them it only takes 30/45 seconds of there time if you people who work in the desk area are not people orenanted you might want to pick a different field of work..

I called in a month ago to get grief counseling and they scheduled me for an appointment that was a month away but today when I confirmed that I was coming in over the phone with them they told me that my appointment… was double booked and they canceled my appointment and then told me I would have to wait until March 6 which is another month. I think somebody needs to go through and do an overhaul of the incompetent staff

I want to say thank you to Jocelyn and Robin for being understanding and caring and patient and just real to converse with at first I was about to be done with Terros until I realized there are still good people who… actually cares about me and other people who have similar experiences as me so I'm not going to allow a few bad Apple's to spoil what I'm trying to accomplish for myself so I will be returning and thank you to all the caring and supportive people at Terros ❤️🫶🏽

This place is not nothing professional or like they try to give a service for the people looking for, her location refused give a service for a us citizen. Never give a respect, NEVER. Looks like just looking for just… theirs own interests. Be equal and be Pro on health service is not true.

I don't know what type of experience that everybody else may have had here at the Olive office in Glendale, but mine has been great. Staff has always been patient, polite, and professional with me. Thank you. Ms. Ewana… Robertson has most definitely been an Angel in disguise for me, and I truly appreciate her professionalism. She has helped me to overcome multiple obstacles, and I have most definitely taken advantage of everything that she has taught me. So if you really want the help, then you have to be open and honest with yourself first, in order to receive the positive benefits that Terros do have to offer. And if your reading these reviews, then this just might be the place for you, but it's your call. Just walk in, talk to somebody, and check it out. Remember, it's ok to not be okay! Updated Review, Troy is the best person working in this facility. Find somewhere else for treatment if you can. RUN while you can the scheduling teleproviders do not know how to correctly do their job which compromises… your treatment with their inconsistency . Some of them need to lose their job as they are not compassionate when talking to patients.

Never again. I don't know how terros stays in business. It's mind blowing! Communication stinks and the lack of professionalism from few individuals there is disgusting. They are rated 2.2 stars for a reason!
