Cumberland Heights – Cookeville Reviews and Ratings
Families searching for treatment in Cookeville often start with reviews. If you were a patient at Cumberland Heights, or supported one, sharing how it went gives them something real to go on.
An amazing organization at the top of the field. They care about their clients and treat them like family. Also very active in the community in general, Cookeville is lucky to have them.
This is an amazing organization! They share so much compassion and care! Truly have hearts for the individuals they serve!
Cumberland Heights played an important role in my recovery journey years ago. One of the biggest things I took away from my time there was learning how important it is to truly “let go and let God.” At the time, I was… carrying so much guilt, fear, and pressure, and the program helped me begin to understand that recovery is not something you have to do alone. My favorite part of the experience was Family Week. It gave my family and me a chance to really communicate honestly and start healing together instead of separately. I learned a lot about myself, addiction, accountability, and the importance of support and community. The staff truly cared and created an environment where people could focus on recovery without judgment. Recovery has been a long journey, but Cumberland Heights helped give me tools and principles that I still carry with me today. I’ll always be grateful for the foundation it helped build in my life.
Cumberland Heights is made awesome by the hearts of the people who work there. It is a beautiful facility and so peaceful. The food is amazing! I would highly recommend!!
Awesome place would definitely recommend to anyone who struggles with addiction. The staff is amazing and they really care about you. Food is delicious 😊
“Cumberland Heights stands out because of its people. Their commitment to putting patients first is evident in every part of the experience. The care is compassionate, thoughtful, and truly centered on the individual.”
Great place!!
