I’ve been seeing Dr. Smith for over a year now and I must say it has been the best experience ever. I’m more comfortable speaking my truth of things I’ve internalized for years. Things I’ve questioned about myself are a… little bit easier for me to understand the why. I never feel judged while being in my sessions, but the most important thing is that Dr. Smith cares. She listens and gives me the attention that is needed. One thing I love the most is she’s very direct and outspoken. She will check you and get you together in a minute 😁. I admire her honesty.
