Desperate need of more public parking near the entrance. They could also benefit from the receptionists being people who actually care about the patients and not just a pay check. I often see them chatting rather than… working.

Please do not get Dr Burns. He is arrogant and full of himself. Having the mindset you're always right especially as a psychiatrist is very unprofessional. Praise God I got a new psychiatrist and he's absolutely amazing.

Dr specific review. Run like hell if you get Burns. Unprofessional and arrogant. Thinks a little to much of himself.

If you want your personal business shared amongst the employees while they giggle about your illness in private then this is the place to go.

My son gets THE BEST care there from his psychiatrist Dr. Burns. He is such an excellent psychiatrist. As for the front desk though answering phones and how the intake process us very strange and terrible

Absolutely horrid. They’re supposed to help people with their mental health but they’ve rescheduled every single appointment I’ve made for the last 6 months. Ridiculous.

Don’t even bother trying to get help here. I’ve been trying to see Dr. Sawicky for three months now. The first time they put my phone number down completely wrong and I missed my appointment. The second time they didn’t… even bother to call me. It took me six weeks to get another appointment. Everyone in the office is completely unhelpful. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

They're okay. As long as you're persistent by not only letting but actually SHOWING them that you need help they usually will guide you in actually helping you to getting the kinds of help you need. They're pretty much… terrible about hiring competent receptionists as they're not very good at answering phone calls.

had a talk with my doctor and he explained that psychiatric practices are different than other medical procedures so I think im good.

They gave me the wrong medication.

Whatever you do, please do not get Jessica Villarreal as your therapist. Completely unprofessional and condescending. She made my daughter feel horrible about herself and misdiagnosed her, she passed on that information… to the psychiatrist and was shocked by her notes and thoughts because nothing matched with what my daughter was going through mentally, he did his own evaluation and the outcome was completely different. She cancels appointments, avoids calls, and just makes patients feel invalid. My daughter would come home feeling worse about her therapy sessions. This is just the tip of the iceberg as to what she’s done. I don’t know how someone this unprofessional is still in practice. Please look into a right fit for your child!

Here they really helped me out a lot. Really caring treatment that helped me through the trouble in my younger years.

The ladys on the phone are very rude.

This place is ok and have been coming here for years....the wait to see a doctor takes awhile and the receptionist is terrible answering phone calls or answering the phone at all.

I had a very terrible experience, never answered my phone calls. Tried to talk to me about liberal views instead of treat me, Dr. Ingram
