If Bradford Health Services treated you or someone close to you, your account would help the next family deciding.
The Estate saved my life. Amazing and compassionate staff. Treasured relationships. Best place to begin your journey to recovery. They truly care about you and your journey. Highly recommend and will keep recommending.
I wasn't sure how my brother would do after getting out of rehab. He has been attending the Mobile Clinic for three months now and is still sober.
I hate that I even have to write a bad review, but unfortunately my experience with Bradford Outpatient in Mobile has made it extremely difficult for me to continue my sobriety journey. First, I want to say that my time… at The Estates in Goucher, Mississippi was incredible. The staff there truly changed my life. They helped build my confidence, leadership, and gave me the tools I needed to work the program. I will always be grateful because they helped save my life. After graduating IOP, I moved to sober living in Mobile, Alabama and continued with Bradford’s outpatient program so I could keep that support while transitioning back into everyday life. Unfortunately, things have been very different here. I’ve been struggling because they have refused to refill my medications. I went to the appointment I was scheduled for, only to be told the doctor would not refill any of them. I was told to go to the ER or an urgent care because they couldn’t help me. Since then I have been calling Bradford every day and have received no real help, no solutions, and not even a simple call back. Today I finally received a call saying I have an appointment on Monday and to just “tough it out.” Because of this situation, I now have no choice but to return to detox just so I don’t go into withdrawals from Suboxone. That’s something no one in recovery should have to face when they’re actively trying to stay on track. I’m sharing this not out of anger, but so others can be prepared and hopefully avoid going through the same situation. I am still determined to stay clean no matter what, but getting the proper support and medical care should not be this difficult.
I would give them less than a zero at this point. I went to Bradford in Warrior to get medically detoxed off of pain medicine. I am not an addict. I am suffering from a major medical condition that has required large… amounts of pain medication. I got to a point I wanted off. I went to detox and was talked into being on Suboxone. The whole reason I wanted to detox was to get away from being sick if I missed a dose of pain meds. Well o expressed my feelings to the doctor who suggested sublocade monthly injections. Remember I still have this medical issue and ended up on the hospital and missed getting my shot this week so they want me to take soboxone bridge. Well I called and tried to speak with the nurse and explain I don’t want the suboxone and I want the shot that mind you they talked me into. Now all of a sudden the only day I can get the shot is on Mondays. I was never informed of this before I started. Their clinical director is out on leave and they have a new nurse named Briana. Every time I try to find a solution this woman cops an attitude and goes from professional to ghetto in two seconds. First I refuse to be spoken to like this. Second I am not going to pay for a service that is not concerned with their clients well being. Only want to push a drug that does not help and brings me right back into a position that I am sick all over again if I missed a dose. That again was the initial reason for going into a medical detox. So to the owners of this facility if you see this you really need to check your employees on how they speak to their clients bc you’re not the only game in town. Their are other clinics that provide the same service and I am this close to going to another one. Your patients goals and feelings should come into consideration at some point. Dr Hollis has been a pleasure so far. But being told the doctor is only available one day a week and if you can’t make it on that day then you have to continue to take a medication that makes you sick is ridiculous.
I would give 0 stars if I could. This place gives Suboxone to patients so keep that in mind. My fiancée went to the estate in Mississippi and was then sent here for IOP. The whole 4 month process we are still going… through has been a complete nightmare. They are all about the money, that is their priority. I wish we would have searched for a better place. I will never recommend this place or the estate to anyone.
They sent me to a place in Warrior, Alabama the day after I called, in a state bed, no insurance. Amazing medical staff and food. Beautiful place to start recovery.
This is a pathetic hospital located in the middle of Alabama. The staff is terrible and the counselors and counseling is a joke. I was admitted to withdraw from medications my doctor prescribed. It worked but the joint… is a joke. I'd never go to that place again.
It's pathetic when you reach out to an organization that is based around helping people and they deny to give you the vivatrol shot because they believe you need (intensive outpatient) which is 5k without insurance. I'm… already willing to pay the $1500 for the shot. I'm well past the 30-40 day point yet they still want to scalp people who are trying to stay sober out of 5k.
Nobody works here they never answer the phone
I can't even describe what Bradford has done for me. It is the best place to start your life over, to find hope. I owe my life to this place.
I'd give them zero stars if it was an option. They are in it for the money only. My son went through the program at Warrior and was recommended for intensive outpatient in Mobile at a cost of $17,000. He had a relapse… and was released immediately with no explanation and told he needed to go back to the residential facility for another $17 grand. The person I talked to, Andrew, was unprofessional to the point of being rude. Bradford is all about the bottom line and making money. If someone gets help in the interim that's their good luck. Do not waste your time, energy, nor money on this disgusting place.
When I arrived AT Bradford I thought there was no hope for me , they saved me and helped me get back my life ,it was my Fifth rehab when I got to Bradford I owe my life to them .Thank you for showing me the way home.
I reached out to Bradford due to a dependency on alcohol which concerned me. I was promised after care, however when they found out that my insurance would not pay for an extended care, they treated me like a "nothing".… Everyone was seemingly caring and seemed they were truly interested in helping until they found out that I could not come up with $60,000.Everyones attitudes completely changed, and I did not even relive the aftercare that I had been promised. Find somewhere else if you need help. Some people genuinely care.
Only after the money. Not concerned with the patients.
