This place is a joke
This is a place where if you come across the right staff you will get the help you need. Some of the employees can be rude at times and tbh the Dr. is kind of judge mental as well. There are some employees that are kind… though.
Wouldn’t recommend wait time is out of this world long and they usually never have any counselors
Would not recommend. I'll make an appointment weeks ahead for 2pm and not be called back until 2:45pm most days, sometimes longer. I'll frequently go for my appointment only to find out they couldn't find it or the… person I was supposed to see is out. The latter I wouldn't mind if they had bothered to call and inform me that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I've also had to change counselors 3 times, thus having to rehash problems over and over to new people, as their schedules would suddenly change or they would relocate without informing me until I arrive for my already scheduled appointment. I'd leave and choose another counseling center if there was one available in this city.
I won't recommend this place. If you make an apartment about this you will be there like 2 hours of waiting time. I had Horrible Service with this place.
