They all have helped my granddaughter so much
I do not recommend nobody going to this location or deal with anybody that is with Georgia Hope itself they want you to go by what they say at all times where you are controlled by them then defc is a part of them Not… only that the doctor gave my daughter something that causes her to have a bad side effect so I took her somewhere else and that’s where they told me she should never been on that medication so I don’t even give this a one star they should never have no star
Very biased agency! They don’t believe there workers will fire you for any small inconvenience. Don’t RECOMMEND!
I would never recommend this place to anyone in need of mental health services. By far the worst experience I have ever had in my life, you’re better off getting counseling through a church. The therapist caused me more… trauma than what I had already been going through and she blew things out of proportion. She didn’t provide appropriate counseling and definitely didn’t respect me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else because these people do not have your best interest.
its really stupid the way this place is ran. why do i need to show up here if theres not even an actual physical person there to see me. like if u were gonna be on a video call anyway, why cant u call me at my house??… why do i need to come here??
Two of my children have been receiving therapy through this company for several months now. The therapist they have been seeing suggested that we get my daughter tested for autism because she believes she was showing… some signs and she believed she may need a higher level of care than what she can provide. First I waited and waited on them to call to set up the appointment, which never happened so I finally call them to set it up myself which they set up for nearly 2 months later, and before I hung up the phone I specifically asked “just to be clear, I will leave with a diagnosis on THAT day right?” The lady who made the appointment said YES. Well that day was today, I took the whole day off because I had to drive 79 miles ONE way just to get there and be placed on zoom call that lasted 22 minutes… we could have handled this from my house or my job had I known, only to also find out NO ONE that works here is even qualified to evaluate my child?!? I’m a single mother, I don’t get any kind of help and they just waisted a day of my time and MONTHS of waiting to be once again pushed to the side a little longer. The nurse spent more time with us than anyone (her name is Cindy she was great). I’m so aggravated at the way this place is run and got home and still don’t have the referral I was promised would be sent via email. I read the reviews before I went, next time I will take them at face value… my child is slipping through the cracks here, I’ve been getting the run around at least half a year! Update: I did get my referral via email thanks to the nurse, she is the best part of this place!
The doctor is amazing, and the staff is too, but the enrollment part is hard to get back in there though!!!!!!
My daughter came here for 3 years with the same therapist, she was amazing and helped so much, but then she quit. That was fine as she helped my daughter very much for a solid 3 years never missing an appointment. Then,… for a year we dealt with two other therapists, one who stopped after two visit and another woman who constantly rescheduled or cancelled appointments. My daughter has never had any issues besides depression so it was annoying that she couldn’t have someone to simply talk to. When expressing these concerns with the doctor, the doctor just asked if my daughter even needed anymore help. I was basically pressured into pulling my daughter out of the HOPE program.
BY FAR THE BEST !!! Super super awesome staff, so friendly, and they take their time to take care of you !!! Wouldn't recommend anywhere else!
Dr I is amazing and the nurse and stuff
They are helping my daughter
SO far this place is HORRIBLE all you and your child does is receive the run around it seems. If anything they are doing more harm being open and not consistent . Rarely do calls get answered with any result
It's hit or miss with this place you don't know if the person you are working with is going to do their job or just pass the responsibilities off unto the next person. Minnie provides CSI services and is really good at… what she does, she is compassionate and knowledgeable. Some of the office staff are a joke. If you want the run around they are good for that.
