I am a huge fan of Kaiser Permanente. I have been with them over thirty years and would never want to go elsewhere. Yes, at times, things backlog, but every practitioner I have had has been exceptional and willing to go… the distance to identify health issues.

Dr Fitzpatrick was amazing very kind and helpful. She explained everything about my tests so I could understand. She was very helpful with what I needed to do with the information given to me. It was just her assisting… me, not even a nurse greeter.

The dermatologist and staff are more than exceptional .

Dr.Hsu did an awesome job with my Botox. It was the most comfortable Botox treatment I ever had at Kaiser head and neck department. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions.

Dr Skavaril was very informative and helpful in discussing my recent procedure and steps going forward.

It started out as a very stressful morning due to drive from Gresham to Hillsboro and so much traffic and detours and I knew I was going to be late for 10 am appointment. I have deficulty walking so my daughter dropped… me off at front entrance to hospital. When I went in a security guard told me to take a number and go all the way to emergency to check in. I said I don't have an emergency. He said everyone's going to emergency because it's Saturday and there's no one on staff up front to check people in. I saw it was a very long walk to emergency and half way there I was struggling and had to stop and catch my breath. A female employee asked if I was ok and if I needed help. I told her I was late to appointment and couldn't walk all the way to emergency . She said to come with her to kiosk and check in. I was so stressed out she took over and checked me in and said she would take me to my appointment on 2nd floor and get me inside. She was like an angel sent from heaven and without her help i could not have made it. I want to express how grateful I am for her going out of her way and during her break to help me out. I only know her name is Mary Beth S. If possible please let her know how thankful I am for all her help.
