Acadia Northwest has been such a meaningful and grounding place. Even though I’ve been sober for over nine years, being here reminded me that recovery is not just about time—it’s about continued growth, humility, and… connection. The staff truly care and go above and beyond to guide people in the right direction. Being surrounded by individuals who are working through their struggles day by day was both eye-opening and inspiring. It brought me back to where I once was, and helped me reflect on how far I’ve come, while also reminding me that we’re all still learning no matter how long we’ve been in recovery. This place creates a space where people can feel supported, understood, and encouraged to do better every single day. Whether you’re just starting your journey or years into it, there is always something to gain and someone to learn from. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and for the opportunity to both reflect and give back. Recovery is lifelong, and places like this make a real difference. Natalya Lawrence

You are in good hands with these people, I went there after the court assigned me diversion after a DUI, I didn't know what to expect, These people know what they are doing , the schedules are work friendly , they work… around your life , the " meeting" are on zoom so you attend from home , and the councerlers are great , Carol and Stacy are pro's at helping you to get to the other side of all this and become healthier in the process so a big Thank you to Arcadia for an exceptional experience, if you need court ordered Diversion counseling this is the place to go.

I have been too a few treatments in my life and Acadia north west has been far the best one! The counselors genuinely care about your success. I especially liked exploring the boundaries part of this treatment and being… able to say No without feeling guilty about it. I would definitely recommend this treatment program for help if you need a great one that works.

Very unprofessional. Never hold themselves accountable for when they make mistakes or mess up but will gladly charge you $100.00 every time they do. Example. I went to DMV today to renew my license I was told by DMV… that they never received my completion certificate from Arcadia. I finished my classes 8 months ago with another fiasco on their part. So I call them and ask why DMV wasn’t notified. They couldn’t give me an answer. So here we are setting a phone call up that they are charging me $100.00 for just to talk to someone to say thanks for the $100 you gave us . We will take care of the DMV part now.

This place is very unprofessional and they totally use their power over people, i did a ua and they told me my pee was synthetic, when it wasn't, they mix it up with someone else's sample, what was i supposed to do

This place is a joke! I’d recommend go anywhere but here! They are all about scamming you for your money! Every time my husband‘s counselor got fired they tried to make my husband start over his classes! they went… through three counselors and a two month period! Ashley and Talia are very unprofessional people. They are rude people! All it is is about money! They will scam u! My husband paid and got his certificate but now they are saying he has to wait for his DMV certificate and they don’t know how long! Anyone that has to do classes for a DUI I would go anywhere but here!

Arcadia Northwest surprised me. I went in expecting to not enjoy my time there. I was just trying to get what I needed done. However the place really grew on me. All the staff there were super supportive and helpful. As… I am finishing up my time there I came to really like Zach's Therapy groups, and they really helped me get what I needed to better myself and my family's lives. Craig's educational groups were actually INTERESTING. These are some amazing human beings that are there for us and definitely not the pay, I assure you. They definitely go above and beyond and I admire them for that. I hope to see many more that can take away an amazing experience here, like me. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking Alcohol/Drug treatment and or DUI classes. They care about our time and our well-being. They work with you to make a plan for success and for me it worked. I am much happier and doing far better in life because of it. My son gets his mother and I can't be anymore thankful and happy that Arcadia was part of the reason why. Thank You Guys!!!

If I could leave zero stars or negative I would. They fired the BEST counselor they had and HEATHER fired this person for something they didn't even do. Leaving a door unlocked supposedly on a SATURDAY when this person… was in there working on their day off! They were a salary employee working on a SATURDAY, how many people do you know do that? Not many that's for sure. I know for a fact there are a vast amount of clients that are going to be very upset when they find out this person is gone. In my opinion this was done out of jealousy, makes me sick really.

I had a great experience with Acadia. Terilyn Judd was very supportive and always delighted to answer my questions. She has been a great support and I would highly recommend Acadia NW. She also was great at explaining… the process and was genuine. I was never told in just one way how treatment would work, but how they can make it work for me. Also Zach, Rick and Craig were great during our classes. - Ana Mendez
