House Next Door – Deland Detox and Rehab Services
What House Next Door – Deland offers, on record, is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.
Co-occurring mental health conditions are addressed alongside substance use, which is the approach the evidence supports. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

House Next Door – Deland Address, Location and Contact Information
You will find this provider at 114 South Alabama Avenue, Deland, Florida, 32724. This address falls in Volusia County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.

The front desk girl was INCREDIBLY RUDE TO MY WIFE! She called my wife 20 minutes before 9 and told her she had to fill out 11 papers by her appointment. My wife clarified it was at 10 and she said yes! When she got… there at 10:05 because the directions take you to the wrong office, she said it was at 9 so she missed it. I called to complain and she lied about the whole thing!! The other office called her to let her know she was running late and she told me they didn’t. Said she never told her 10 even though everything we have says 10!! We have waited for this appointment over a month because our daughter is going thru something NO KID should ever go through, and we’re treated TERRIBLY !!! We went here because we were told they are the best at what she needs! I’d HATE to see the worst!!!
The WORST THE LIE REAL BAD, AND LOOK AT YOUR LIKE YOUR CRAZY FOR GOING THROUGH SOMETHING, IF YOU GET A THERAPIST TRY TO AIM FOR AN OLDER MORE EXPERIENCED ONE-THEY ACT VERY POLITE (ACT) BUT REALLY DONT CARE AND ARE… RUDE-WILL HANG UP IN YOUR FACE FOR REQUESTING TO TEAM WITH SOMEONE ELSE-IVE BEEN IN THERAPY FOR 10+ AND NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH UNPROFESSIONALISM-THEY SUCK- SEEM LIKE THEY ARE MORE FOR THE MONEY THAN ACTUALLY CARING ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS-YOU GOTTA WATCH OUT FOR THAT TOO-AND IM INTIALLY A NICE PERSON BUT THEY REALLY GOT THE UGLY SIDE OF ME FOR THE LACK OF INTEGRITY AND CARE WHEN SOMEONE IS ALREADY GOONG THROUGH THINGS YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO PICK WITH THEM-SHALLOW BEHAVIOR.
They don't answer the phone or even get back to you ..very irresponsible and unprofessional
I don't know where me and my daughters would be without the amazing staff here. Forever grateful for them all, especially Katie. Thank you again💓
Horrible company to work with. They have no resources to help anyone. They just collecting bank off of other people's problems.
Ms. Jazmine is great! My daughter loves her.
The House Next Door and their staff are exemplary. The manager Dorca is the most helpful and patient person I have met. She went well above her duties to assist me.
I was literally ecstatic when I was able to access counseling services through this agency. Accessible mental health services are severely lacking in the state of Florida especially when you aren't insured. It took a… few months to get accepted because of the covid situation but I am finally seeing a counselor on a regular basis. I am beyond pleased with the help that I am receiving and my counselor is amazing.
Horrible communication trying to get in for about 3 weeks now nothing’s changed
Great place for counseling.Professional staff Mr.Rodgerick in timely manner.Skilled and experience.I would recommend people here.Highly Satisfied
So not legit. There's no corporation number from what I can see. They ain't licensed. And I can't have my Service Dog
Made an apt with my kids, took almost 4 months to even get in, because the secretary didn’t call back ever and after finally going to the place and securing an appointment they didn’t have me scheduled at the right time… and my kids missed school and I missed work to be there. Horrible responsiveness and communication.
Great group of counselors. Love Mr. Mark he is absolutely great with children. My kids look forward to see him every week.
I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Dorcas Sanabria and everyone at The House Next Door. My son needed to see a doctor among others things, and I couldn't find anyone to help me until I was told about this place. Not… only were they able to help my son out, but they have done so in a very caring and compassionate manner. Thank you a million times over.
Excellent place. Great people. Dorcas is wonderful and very helpful. Thanks everyone for all the help. Highly recommended place of business.
Suzette Quinonez is such a caring person, very compassionate and cares a lot of her clients. I am so blessed and thank God everyday that I've met this wonderful lady.
Heather Mays did more for my daughter in a few months than any other counselor has done in years I wish I could get her back with Heather I have nothing but amazing things to say about the people at the Deltona branch… and Heather Mays please don't stop the amazing work you're doing for families and individuals
If you ever need assistance of any kind go here! Suzette Quinones blew my mind! She is so helpful and knowledgeable. I felt so much better about things after leaving there. I couldn't have asked for a better experience,… thank you soo much Ms. Quinones
