True Health – Sanford

I cannot say enough good things about this office. I brought my 16 year old daughter here, and from the moment we walked in, everyone made her feel comfortable, safe, and heard. As a mom, that means everything to me,… especially when it comes to this type of appointment. Dr. Smith-Sutton was absolutely wonderful with her. She took the time to listen, explain everything in a way my daughter could understand, and made sure she felt comfortable instead of rushed or nervous. Brittany, Jasmine, and Eyanni were also amazing and so kind to both of us. You can tell they genuinely care about the patients they are helping. Finding a gynecologist office where a teenage girl feels comfortable can be difficult, and I am so thankful we found this team. My daughter left feeling supported and cared for, and I left feeling confident that she was in good hands. I would absolutely recommend them to any parent looking for a caring and respectful place for their teenage daughter. ❤️

I was referred to True Health many years ago..at first I thought it was a health facility I was not comfortable with…but they are tentative and listen to everything the patient has to say ..as well as they care for them… …thank you

They're always very accommodating and compassionate at this pharmacy. They're always super busy, and somehow make it work.

The True Health Pharmacy in Sanford is Truly Awesome. If you need a refill but you don't have any refills left, Kandis the Technician is so Great that she contacted my provider and not only got the order she refilled my… meds and Called me to let me know my refill was ready. They Never Did That in New York. Also I have to mention ladi. Hope I spelled your name correctly. So the technician Ladi, OMG She is the nicest person. A Truly kind Heart. I want to also mention the Young Lady That Works at the reception desk. I don't know her name but she's the only other person I have ever met that uses the phrase AWESOME SAUCE.

I truly hate that I have established my children’s pcp here. The staff is extremely useless and the nurses in the back do EVERYTHING to aggravate you. I didn’t choose your profession you did. Stop hiring people who just… need jobs or you need associates. Hire people with integrity and professionalism

Well I missed my appointment and khiabeth was so kind to find availability for my labs that same day and I was so happy when she did I love her for being so kind and going out of her way to do so, she's a rock star and… she made sure to ask me if I ate that day and I mentioned no so she got me in. Thx once again khiabeth you rock.

Absolutely terrible places filthy dirty could use a good cleaning and a paint job and maybe let the patient know that there’s no AC prior to their appointment when they have a one month old newborn
