Amity Palm Beach – West Palm Beach Detox and Rehab Services

Recorded services at Amity Palm Beach – West Palm Beach are detox and residential treatment. Medical supervision covers the withdrawal period, where alcohol and benzodiazepines carry real risk. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Amity Palm Beach – West Palm Beach Address, Location and Contact Information

The facility address is 2901 Broadway Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33407. This address falls in Palm Beach County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.

It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

This place is an insurance scam. They told us it was covered by our insurance on the phone but it was not. Had to pay $2,000 for 2 weeks of detox. My husband didn’t have a one on one therapy session that whole time. I’m… not even going to get into the fact that the “family liaison” hardly ever called me back in that 2 weeks. Do not send your loved ones here.

It was a good place. Most definitely comfortable. The staff were great! The food could use a lot of work though. It's tough eating that stuff for 30 days straight.

Just update from my post from check out of Amity last August....today is day 340 for me. 340 days ago I was lost and verge of suicide due the endless cycle of addiction with guilt shame and anger. A higher power got me… on plane to Florida and into Amity and gloves were off and I was done fighting, overwhelmed with acceptance and surrender, and since that time, I chase recovery the same way I chased alcohol and drugs. I did simply do it, one day at a time, the fellowship of AA, a sponsor and a sober network. I DO NOT put myself or my peace anywhere near jeopardizing of my recovery. Today, I have a joyous and free life. I have an extraordinary DAYS, in ordinary days. And that is OK for me. To all, keep your face in the sun, and please give yourself and fighting HONEST chance at recovery.
