HI MY NAME IS D O N Y I E BASKERVILLE AND I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT FAMILY MEMBER I LIKE TO FEEL OF BD FOR APPROXIMATELY 4 YEARS NOW I WAS NERVOUS WHEN I FIRST CAME BUT THE WARMTH THE PROFESSIONALISM THAT I HAVE BEEN SHOWN… AS A CLIENT THE REASSURANCE ANY QUESTIONS THAT I MAY HAVE HAD THEY WERE SURE THEIR RESPONSES THAT MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND CHOOSING THEM FOR MY METHADONE PROCESS IN MY RECOVERY NOW I'M AT THE PROCESS OF MY REDUCTION IN MY METHADONE USAGE AND AGAIN THEY HAVE BEEN REASSURING HELPFUL CONSIDERATE AND RESPECTFUL THEY MADE ME FEEL AND DO MAKE ME FEEL AS ANYONE IN THE COMMUNITY WITH A A NEED A DESIRE AND A RESPONSIBILITY OF A PRODUCTIVE PERSON IN SOCIETY WITH ALL THE NEEDS OF RECOVERY ONE MAY NEED THEY ASK ME THE DOCTOR HOW I'M DOING WHAT'S GOING ON WHERE I'M AT IN MY PROCESS WHEN I WALK IN MISS JESSICA IS THERE TO GREET YOU WITH A HELPFUL REASSURING PRESENTS AND WARMTH THEN IT'S THE ECHOLS IS THERE TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU'RE FEELING SAFE AND SECURE AS WELL AS MR JUAN WITH HIS HUMOR BUT STILL STERNNESS OF YOU CAN DO THIS BECAUSE YOU DESERVE THIS I'M COMING TO THE ENDS OF MY USE OF METHADONE I'VE BEEN IN MY REDUCTION PROCESS AND I STILL WILL GO PAST TO SAY HELLO BECAUSE THEY'VE BECOME A PART OF MY HEART I WOULD SUGGEST BD TO ANYONE THAT'S ABOUT TO OR IS IN THE PROCESS OF RECOVERY EVEN IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT IT I WOULD GO THERE TO TALK TO THEM ABOUT YOUR OPTIONS I HOPE THAT WHAT I HAVE TOLD YOU HELPED YOU IN YOUR PROCESS BECAUSE WE ALL DESERVE TO BE HAPPY AND DECENT RESPECTABLE HUMAN BEINGS IN THIS SOCIETY IN THIS WORLD IN THIS PROCESS OF LIFE THANK YOU TOODLES

Great service and they actually take time with your plan on staying on a good path. Everyone down to Ms Sharon n Jessica the receptionist is always supportive and genuinely caring!

I've been a client for sometime now. The support is always there when I needed it.Most of the time the office isn't overly pact with other clients. I'm getting ready to start my weening process, The counselor took the… time to make sure I don't do it too quickly. That way my weening process will be successful. The support staff at Belair Health will go out of the way to make sure you get the help & information that is needed to be successful.

Great place. It's clean,they offer coffee or tea at the door along with a book to read that you can take home and never return. Also, the process is quicker than the other program I belonged too before.

This is a great place to take a family member for help.. Highly recommend!

Ok I'm not one to criticize, I'm hoping you're doing the best you can...not too far away I'm grabbing a few things for dinner and this little girl (not over 8-9) is actually making her mom apologize!!??? She was… screaming at her that she promised ice cream ( they don't have "her" kind) I'm so sick n truly disappointed of the way things are shaping up to be these days.. unbelievable

It's an ok clinic. Better than a lot!

Great staff and diverse clients that don't hang around and sell drugs. If you drove by the treatment center you would not know that it is a methadone clinic unless you googled the name. The clinic is not like some of… the other methadone clinics throughout Baltimore City that (allows) has some clients and nonclients standing around selling and taking drugs (the police officers they hire to stand guard try to stop some of these actions but there are so many people at the different clinics I'm sure it's hard to control). I highly recommend this treatment center if you are trying to get your life back on the right path.

The staff can be nasty

The staff is absolutely amazing! Clean well kept friendly efficient fast service. The staff actually care which makes it a great choice to stop on your road to recovery...

Everyone that's works up there now, is great and always willing to go out there way, to help u.

The director/ head counselor Mrs chastity will do anything to try and make things work for you in life there a lot of hard schedules and hard things to work around and I am getting guest dosed at two different states.… My home Clinic is very hard to deal with and coming to her clinic on a Sunday to boot is amazing she will do anything to try and help you she's an amazing person.
