Outreach Recovery II – Baltimore Address, Location and Contact Information

222 North Charles Street, Baltimore, Maryland, 21201 is the address held. Baltimore City County covers this area. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.

A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

Everything with outreach at all there locations is great! Wait times are not really wait times. They are very fast and efficient. Been going to them for years now. All of the doctors are amazing and very nice and always… willing to work with you. If you can’t make an appointment, they will always find a way to fit you in where it works best for you. The only issue I have, is there is no direct line or phone number to call the Baltimore office. If you call there number it goes to someone who transfers your calls to the location you need, unless it is the Baltimore location. They can’t get you in contact with them. Best they can do is send an email to the person in charge of that location….so if there could be a direct number for each location, that would be amazing. That is the only issue I’ve ever had or seen. So it’s a very small thing that is a super easy fix. End of the day, this is the best place I’ve ever went to!

I would recommend seeking treatment with "Outreach" to anyone who is tired of being treated like a second class citizen at their clinics. Dr. Ross & associates are professional and even better, fast. I am in & out in… usually less than 30-45 minutes.
