*Do NOT come here* Very disappointing experience. I was told I couldn’t walk with another woman of color in an unfamiliar area, which felt unfair and isolating. When she later went missing, staff showed little urgency… and simply packed up her belongings—she is still missing. I was also promised transportation home after discharge, but that never happened and I had to pay out of pocket. Overall, poor communication and lack of care for residents’ safety.
Can't say enough good things about this location of Safe Journey house. Helped me to navigate some big changes in my life. Wonderful,professional support staff and management. If they offer their hand to you or a loved… one, TAKE IT. This is a perfect place to begin life again in a safe comfortable environment. Loads of dedication. Thank you !

This is by far the best location out of them all, with a close 2nd being the Ellicott City location. The staff put forth reasonable effort to help you, and are much more engaged with the clients than the other locations.
