Wonderful Staff. So caring! So helpful! Need a smile? They'll pass along one of theirs as soon as you walk in. :) I'm so happy a mutual friend recommended and referred Hilary to us. My 13 year old really enjoys seeing… her. She doesn't like having to wake up early for things when school isn't in session. But you won't hear a complaint if she's rising early for an appt. to see Hilary. Thank you ALL for everything you do, Daily, for every person who walks through them doors.

I've enjoyed my counciling here very professional staff. Girls up front are very nice. I like how quickly they get to me on the phone. That can agitate people. Justin Hutchenson has helped me decompress alot of stress… in my life dealing with multiple deaths in my family and my own health tragedy. May God richly bless him for that and all your staff as we continue on this journey together.

The therapist my daughter saw at the Portage location was wonderful. Billing was always an issue - they would say we owed money, so we would pay it, then they could contact us and process a refund because we "overpaid".… Otherwise, we were very pleased. However I have been trying to reach them for a week now. Website says they are available 24/7 - however I have called EVERY number on their website repeatedly, as well as the number the "owner" provided in these comments, and there is never an answer or option to leave a message. I also submitted an appointment request form through their website and have not received a response. Not sure what is going on here. UPDATE: apparently this is a cell phone issue - NOT pine rest. Despite using my phone daily and having no issues making calls, for whatever reason, I had to put my cell phone on then off airplane mode and suddenly I was able to make calls to them. Updated my review to correct for this.

The entry process and front desk were a bit intimidating at first. But now I feel welcome and they are very helpful! The therapists are just what I need to build a better me and stay focused on creating a better future… for myself.

The staff here is professional and extremely efficient. There hasn't been a time where I wasn't able to get help with questions on billing, medication refills, and appointments. I appreciate your kindnesses and support.

Good luck calling when you NEED your scrip filled. Too soon; they won't fill it, so how long do you wait?! Wait until two left they don't get back to you soon enough (my best one was 5 days-ish). This would be the… fourth time I can't get it when I need it & they're not the kind you just stop taking. I am beyond infuriated with this place! Too bad there is no where else to go

I love Amanda Walker! I have never found a therapist who I have connected with and I connect with her!

Refill requests filled late only when I called the clinic to bother them about it. Each time I've been off my meds while waiting for the refill. Appts feel rushed. Considering switching clinics :/

The staff is very prompt in returning messages in my chart, and make sure any needed paperwork for work or fmla is done asap

They have cancelled my appointment twice now, calling me at 5pm when they were leaving so I could not call back to talk the night before my appointment. I now have a new appointment and they told me they would refill my… prescription, but it has been two days now and I am out of meds and still no prescription in my pharmacy. The staff is nice and I know they’re not doing anything with malicious intent, but it’s very frustrating to pay so much money to be put on the back burner.

I was prescribed the wrong dosage twice, luckily I caught it and did not take them as prescribed. They also didn't return my calls when I was about to run out of meds, so I had to go cold turkey off of them. That was… not fun. I ended up in the emergency room.
