Community Medical Services – Sterling Heights Detox and Rehab Services

The register shows Community Medical Services – Sterling Heights providing intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Community Medical Services – Sterling Heights Address, Location and Contact Information

Records give the address as 34208 Van Dyke Avenue, Sterling Heights, Michigan, 48312. This address falls in Macomb County. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.

Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

How Much Does Treatment at Community Medical Services – Sterling Heights Cost?

The typical price of rehab in Michigan for someone paying privately is $1,200 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. Prices for Community Medical Services were not found at the time of writing, so its actual fees could differ.

I heard great things about this clinic. My name is Tommy and I am absolutely overwhelmed and at my whits end. Fentanyl has had its way with me for the past year, after having relapsed from a 5 year sobriety streak. I'm… calling meridian today at 8:30am to get approved for treatment. God willing they accept me, or else I honestly don't know what to do with myself. I tried to do it alone and failed. Now I need help. Please God help me. I have a 6 year old dog, a dalmatian, who I bought right when I got sober, and for 5 years I gave him my 100% undivided attention such as he deserves. But since I relapsed, I can tell that he has noticed a major change in me. I'm disinterested and always unmotivated. The poor dog looks at me and thinks why don't you love me anymore. This 900 pound gorilla on my back is getting heavier and heavier. I need some relief befor it's too late. Hell, I'm 38 years old. A full grown adult. Why am I having such a difficult time with this?!? Is it too late for salvation? Will I become another statistic to be studied? Will I survive? Will I thrive? God help me. Please keep me in your prayers.

This the most caring clinic I've been to. Leah is amazing as well as Zina the doctor, Jennifer and Don. They're a great team. They do everything they can to keep us happy and comfortable, plus they're always so kind.… Zina has a lot of responsibility at the front desk and she never takes it out on us when she's having a bad day. If you're looking for a great clinic, come here. Plus you get 3 times a week take homes. Love to all of you!

All I gotta say is before you over react and judge the people that work at this clinic, let clarity happen so you can see the truth because I once thought they were bad but it was all me and my messy emotions. Even… after me being a jerk several times, they continuously help me every time. Thank you Nick

This place could not have saved many lives If it wasn't for Xena at the front counter! Us calling her one early Morning with a trouble with my son. I would have known what to do. She was the last place I could call. SHE… handled business this employee needs special attention and a raise. Communities and everybody need to start putting money in . And saving lives! We need to invest in these employees. But at same time it takes them forever to get anything done

❤️ When we come to these places, we’re in the worst times of our life… It is imperative that we’re around good people, and the staff here is just that. They listen, they care, they are there for you; you just have to… give it a chance. LET them help you. Zina, Nick, Stacy, Jen, Jenny, Dan, are all part of the staff and through ways of their own have helped me in some way during my treatment. Be kind to them, they work hard for us and only want to see us win! I hope whoever comes across this succeeds in life, don’t ever EVER give up on yourself.

Amazing location and the best part of their business is ZINA by far!!! She works the front desk, handles patients, paperwork, new intakes among many other things im ignorant of lol. But she's always there to help with a… smile and I don't know what they're paying her but she's worth every penny. Literally every time I feel sad she's always there to brighten my day and is a blessing to everyone she meets. Doctors and staff/Counselors are great as well.

I love everyone here, including Zena, the nurses, Dr. Nick, Angilean, and the rest of the staff. I used to go to Bio-Med in Roseville and this place is night and day. The whole time I was going to Bio-Med, I never… received take homes, even after staying clean a whole year, it was filthy, the parking lot was full of pot holes, cars hitting each other on the daily and standing outside in the freezing cold in 1+ hour lines and constantly being late to work. The staff barely could stay there for a month at a time. They never even took blood there. When I got my blood taken, I'm a hard stick, and one of my favorite nurses here got me in one poke! I was amazed! Even some of the employees at Bio-Med would get comfortable enough to tell you where to get drugs! Horrible. I was afraid to go to another clinic again after that experience, but CMS rewards you and gives you take homes weekly after you do well for at least 3 months, then bi-weekly and if you are not on any type of benzodiazepine, you can move up to monthly pretty quickly if you stay on top of clean drug screens and counseling/ Drs appointments. Everyone is so helpful, it's organized and the bathrooms are so much cleaner than any kind of methadone clinic I've ever seen. They truly want to see you flourish and my boyfriend, Pete and I have been treated with nothing but kindness. THIS is how a clinic should be run! You get rewarded for doing well in your recovery, excellent counseling (by REAL people who care and speak your language lol, not just someone who's there just to get paid). If you are looking for a second chance at life, don't even think twice about going anywhere else, unless you have to. This place really goes above and beyond. They also accept Medicaid! 10/10. Love my CMS family!!
