Judson Center – Warren Address, Location and Contact Information
12200 East 13 Mile Road, Warren, Michigan, 48093 is the address held. Warren sits in Macomb County. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.
Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Judson Center – Warren Reviews and Ratings
Have you or a loved one been treated at Judson Center? A few lines about admissions, the staff and what happened after treatment ended can help another family in Warren weigh the same choice.
It Is terrible my mom is making me go to my appointment and I’m trying to go to the pool at my uncle’s trailer park she put it at the wrong date I hate that is rude
If I could give negative stars I would, the medical assisted treatment side is a joke, iv been coming here for 3 years and the staff is terrible, they don’t care about you or your health, as I’m sitting in the lobby I… ask the nurse why they never call back her “response” was we don’t have too. Now I have to MISS WORK FOR 2 hours because they wouldn’t call me back to let me know the time of medication arrival! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that is truly trying to get sober THEY DONT CARE!
Took my daughter into the Flint location for an Autism evaluation back in March. I was told I had to pay $1100 out of pocket since my deductible hadnt been met yet plus my 20% coinsurance payment. I paid this in cash… the day of the appointment. It DID not reflect this way on my insurance and even after multiple phone calls and emails - they still haven't fixed it. They've actually only responded to me once. They even told me the lady who we worked with no longer works here. (sketchy, right?) My daughter did get her evaluation done and results back - and the speech pathologist we worked with was amazing! Only reason I gave 2 stars. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend going to any of their clinics unless you want your money stolen. 🤷♀️
I had a very disappointing experience at the Judson Center in Warren, MI. From the moment I walked in, I did not feel welcomed or supported, and the overall environment felt unprofessional and dismissive. During my… appointment, my concerns did not feel taken seriously. I came in expecting to be heard and supported, but instead I left feeling unseen and unheard. The session felt rushed and lacking the attention and care that I believe patients deserve when seeking mental health support. What stood out most to me was the lack of engagement and follow-through during my visit. I did not feel that my concerns were fully addressed, and it left me questioning the quality of care being provided. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I hope the center takes feedback seriously so future patients feel more respected, supported, and valued than I did.
Pro's: The therapists are awesome. Con: The front office is probably the most incompetent staff in Macomb county. Do not schedule any appointment over the phone. They routinely tell your appointment and then don't… schedule it the computer and if they manage to schedule it they don't tell you if it's a tele-health. I've lost count how many times I've brought my daughters here just to leave because their front office screwed up.
Brought my Grandson with Autism to the Judson Center . After 6 half hour visits they said they couldn’t help him. I don’t know how they could get anywhere with 1/2 hour sessions , which is really only about 20 minutes… each, the last 10 min spent scheduling next visit. She suggested I contact another agency. She said perhaps he needed to talk to an ABA. But they are not accepting new patients. We were assigned a new counselor just out of school. She had no social skills her self. Had no idea how to get him engaged in talking. Don’t waste your time here
Really like it here! I see Dr Riolo (psychiatrist), Jenna (case manager), and Colleen (therapist). I was seeing Marishia for awhile but she got a new position. Every single one of them is great! Dr Riolo is very smart… and is good about listening and doing med adjustments when needed. Jenna is hilarious and super helpful. I just started seeing Colleen recently, but I like her a lot so far. Definitely recommend this place/location!
This office is very unprofessional and has a high turnover rate of therapists, which is a red flag. I went through 2 therapists in 4 months and after the 2nd therapist left the office, I spent over 4 months trying to… get them to assign me to another therapist. Every time I would call or ask the front desk in person they'd tell me I need to talk to someone else. My psychiatrist even emailed them twice asking that they assign me one. I ended up seeing a therapist in another office and continued to see my psych, Dr Harris at Judson center. She was filling out FMLA paperwork for accommodations to remain working from home, and one day she decides that I should return to office, against both my physical and mental wellbeing. My therapist agreed that she did not handle this properly and thankfully took over filing out my paperwork for me so that I can remain working from home. I have since left the office and found a new psych. I do NOT recommend going to this office. They also have lost my paperwork before and they do not return calls or messages. A complete lack of accountability. Edited March 2026: Another reason to not trust this office, if you see a psychiatrist, before each appointment they tell you that you *MUST* take a drug test. They send this drug test to an OUT OF NETWORK lab and expect you to pay over $100 each time. I JUST started getting billed for it, and haven't seen this provider since last year! Back when I was a patient, I asked why do I have to do the drug test to be seen. Dr Harris told me that it's to make sure I'm talking my meds properly. I did research and the only psych drugs that will show up on a drug test are benzos, which I am not prescribed or taking. So she LIED to me and most likely only does this to get a kickback from the lab. Absolutely disgusting. Do NOT trust this office with your mental heath and wellbeing.
Latosia is Excellent experience, patient, very accommodating. No nonsense!
My daughter loves Devin. And Dr. Harris is so sweet to my daughter!
Noone is returning calls or answering phones for me for weeks
This is a great place especially for children
My Therapist Latosia Logan helped me with a complete 180 in my life. I was able to get myself out of a situation. Without her help. I would’ve been stuck in the same circle.
I got the impression that this place was for aba services for autisitic children since my son's coordinator gave me the aba providers listing. I called the Judson Center in warren few weeks ago and spoke to the intake… supervisor. I told her I was looking for aba services for my child and she asked questions regarding him. Took down my information and his. She told me there was availability for him there and she would scheduled him for an appointment. A week later before the appointment my son's coordinator called to tell me that that location was full and was only accepting new clients at the Madison Heights location. She never told me any of this on the phone. I was confused and lost because I canceled another aba intake appointment to take my son there.
This place started off promising but it's not. I reached out to them months ago for help with my daughter. They canceled her appointment without notice or telling me and never heard back from the child psychiatrist. I… would not recommend
Great center for my son. We use Latosha for therapy and Dr Riola for his medication needs. Very caring personnel.
My experience at the Judson Center has been great. Everyone is so helpful.
My family has been receiving services through The Judson Center for approximately 4 years now. I can confidently say the doctor Renee Harris is different. She doesn’t see her as a number and even though she may know a… little bit of your past, she doesn’t go based off what others say she goes based off what she knows. When it comes to Candice Rubio, she is one of the best case managers I’ve ever had not only does she ensure that you have a voice and help you maintain life’s Up and down she hears you she listens. She stands up for you even when you don’t wanna stand up yourself sure, remind you who you are last, but at least Therapist Latosia Logan Well, she’s one of a kind you see without going too much in detail. I’ve had my fair share of counselors therapist I’ll tell you she’s about the only one who has ever given me tools. She help to deal with real situations she helps families have a voice you see they don’t judge the group that I just stated they’re not judges the ones that have been there done that and now use their life journeys to help us cope with ours. I don’t know maybe one day the owner will read this. Maybe she’ll get a hold of me because you see my counselor is amazing. I don’t know how she does it how she can take in all of the negativity that is thrown at her and help us turn it into magic and smiles. All three that I have mentioned have always been there for me. I might not be able to answer their phones right away, but if you leave a message, they will get back they will help you you just have to Finally trust, tell them the full truth and nothing but the truth so that way they can help you the three that I just listed above thank you. God knows where I would be today without you.
Latosia is wonderful. Completely understanding and has alot valuable information to pass. Always so nice and caring.
Latoisha was a great therapist and very kind and open and enthusiastic I have enjoyed our session and am very happy to reschedule our next appointment she's given me much to consider and much more motivation to keep… going 🖤
Latosia is amazing! My first meeting with her was like a breath of fresh air ! Everyone in the center that I have encountered makes me feel very welcomed. I highly recommend Judson center Warren location for all of your… needs !
The therapist Latonia is a wonderful therapist to talk to and listens to me and doesn’t judge me. She goes above and beyond her abilities to make sure I’m doing well and taking care of myself
Latosha is an amazing therapist and has helped my wife so much over the past months! The Judson Center was a recommendation to my wife and I would 100% recommend the Judson Center to anyone else!
My therapist is really good but the Judson Center changed their policies after COVID and seeing my therapists/doctors are almost impossible now. For 6+ months I have been consistently asking to see my therapist once a… week and they never listened to me and now I only see her once a month- essentially pointless. Thank god I'm not in a dark place now. There have been MANY times where I needed help and had to wait a whole month before I could see my therapist. Scheduling ANYTHING is MORE than a pain in the ass. Now you have to schedule time with your therapist every time you see them instead of going on a re-occuring date (ex. every Monday). My doctors are constantly cancelling my appointments, whether it's my psychiatrist, therapist or PCP. You would think this place is great because they have all-in-one doctors here but they can't get any scheduling right that it becomes pointless. For example, several times I had booked my therapist and psychiatrist or PCP on the same day since they were in the same vicinity, and the person at the front desk tells me (WHEN I GET THERE) that one or both appointments are cancelled. They don't always notify you in advance! And I walk here so it's extra unfair walking all this way for nothing. I've been going here since 2013 and the Judson Center used to be a really great place, like 5-star worthy, until COVID happened. Now they have all these unclear new policies and they also make you waste 1-3 appointments every months to do a yearly review, and they make you waste your regular appointments to do these reviews, and they don't add an extra date to catch up with your therapist. In other words, they use your precious time with your therapist to do paperwork instead of talking about issues that you desperately need help with. This place does WAYYYY too much paperwork for hardly even having time to see their therapists/doctors. I have seen little help here in my 7 years of going here because I hardly get to see my therapist. I've received INCREDIBLE help over at Macomb County Community Care Center on 15 mile road in Sterling Heights. If it weren't for that place I'd be dead. I learned everything I needed to there and they were very organized and I got to see my therapist weekly, which is how I was able to truly learn. How can seeing your therapist ONCE a MONTH be helpful? I'd look other places for a therapist than the Judson Center. I only go here because it's so close to my home.
I've been going to Judson center for a while now, and I feel like it has helped me with my confidence and PTSD so much. My therapist, Latosia is an extremely kind and knowledgeable person who seems to care a lot about… her work.
Poorly managed. Cannot hang onto staff. Everyone has a different excuse. Find a place that will treat you like a human been.
My therapist, Latosia, is so very kind and helpful. She’s so supportive with everything and listens to everything I have to say with open ears and understanding. She’s helped me find so many solutions I never would’ve… thought of, and has helped me to a better understanding of myself.
Amazing therapist here. miss Latosha is one of the nicest therapist I’ve ever met for my daughter. She really understands and connects in a way a mother would with her child. She really cares about what my child wants,… and she really goes out of her way to make our visit pleasant truly love this lady she’s awesome
