Terrible will never come here again ever in life screwed up my medications and told me it's nothing they can do about I'd.do yourself a favor and never come here

Don't do it, especially if you have private or employer based insurance. I took my daughter here and was told my insurance covered the visits. We spoke about how many visits were covered and the frequency. Later I was… sent a bill for almost a grand and was told I have a week to pay or it would be sent to collections. There was no break down or itemization. My insurance told me they were never in network. Lincoln Behavioral never called me back, my insurance provider can not get in touch with them. Now my child has to start over with a new therapist somewhere else and we are back at the start with rebuilding her trust. In this Lincoln Behavioral not only come off as scammers, but have done more harm than good.

They've helped me more then anyplace I've been to and I've went to probably 8-10places , there friendly flight I also help you with other matters that you have besides just psychiatric, they have help if you don't have… a driver's license also video Duo, Top of my list.

Idk about nobody else but They took care of me great program if u sirius about getting yourself together..

I will be convincing my Fiancéto leave this place you guys don’t listen trying to pump her full of more meds that she doesn’t need trying to start her off at 10 mg of Lexapro when she’s 411 and doesn’t weigh that much… the psychiatrist asked for my opinion, I told her and then she told me to stop doing her job for her extremely rude extremely unprofessional I would not recommend anybody with any mental illness come here. I think this place straight up take advantage of mental ill people not to mention our appointment was at 11 o’clock and it’s not going on one we just got out didn’t get in until 1215

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. I was spoken to rudely and even yelled at over the phone, despite remaining calm and polite throughout the conversation. Customer service is extremely… important, and interactions like this can really hurt a business. I hope management addresses this issue, as no customer should be treated this way.

Don't understand why have be rude and ignore and tell you anything..go there for help.. don't think they care much..my doctor ignores me said was sending my meds and still waiting and don't know anything.. they said by… end day but I doubt it they just tell you anything so don't have be bothered it's sad .. SMH very upsetting no wonder stressed out and anxiety so high...

Great place everyone their heart in the care

Front desk is extremely rude unprofessional and will just brush you off for they don’t have to do the work been coming here for over 15 years and the front desk has been nothing but rude ignorant and no help at all. The… way they talk to people that just need help is beyond pathetic I don’t even know if they have the knowledge or capability of working there. If it’s only turbo emergency, they were just sent you to their supervisor and she still won’t answer

I just watched a spotlight social media story/video on DWIHN Facebook that just released to the public, and I was already in tears over the drawings on the wall and other aspects of the video. Then the CEO of DHIHN… spoke on the matter, The CEO of DWIHN also a former Detroit Police Department Chief, a man of greatness. I do not live in Redford and have not visited Lincoln Behavioral Services because I do not fit the criteria or have the need for services. However, I would like to give five stars so that based on the evidence I just witnessed and the recommendations of DWIHN that I can recommend this place of service to others. Redford area is already an underserved area, and the providers have a long history of constituents not trusting their mental health services and LE etc etc - videos and reviews like this can help show my support of your work even though I am not in the area. Great video on DWIHN social media page! Keep up the excellent work !

All this center does is enable people. We have been trying to get our loved one help, only for the therapists and social workers to tell him “he reserves the right to drink.” He came here with the intention to quit, and… after a year of regularly going to Stacia’s group and others, the issue has only gotten worse. Stacia tells him how it “makes sense that he drinks considering his problems,” how he reserves the right to use and how no one can stop him. I’ve been in sessions with him as they say these things. I’ve implored Stacia and Emily, and others here, to stop telling my family member these things as it only enables the problem. They seem blind to the problem or maybe just don’t care. They definitely don’t care about the numerous times I’ve complained and expressed my concern. I do not recommend coming here for treatment. If you want a therapist who will enable your problems so that you get worse instead of better, this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear.

I've been going here for about 8 years and they drug test you they test you and everything else and I go to a clinic for an addiction and all the sudden they caught me off all my medications after all these years so I… have to go through all this withdrawal ..

If I can give zero stars I would. I been going here for 8 months I had no issues until recently. I was low on my medicine I called my psychiatrist a week ago and left a voicemail and still no call back so now I’m off of… my medicine because he will not return my call. And to top it off the front lady’s did not care and they were super rude I will not ever be coming back here again. I do not recommend this place at all.

I have been at Lincoln now for a while and I'm sad to Ieave but when your being harassed by other clients in inappropriate ways they do nothing Dr. Boyd is a great doctor

I've béen coming here for years. They truly care about your mental health and well being. They also offer other resources for you and your family

My daughter went here years ago and feels she needs to talk to someone again, this is the only place I will even consider her going to. She felt so comfortable. Nadia was the best I hope she is still there.

I've told the doctor several times that my wife is over taking her medicine several times and she still gives it to her they don't care all they want is that money I'll be going to my insurance because the doctor can't… do there job

Do not go here I had been going here since an adolescent and they did not diagnose me correctly nor did they give me the correct medication. I had to go through a hospital and to get diagnosed and put on proper… medication. They have a very poor attitude and are not patient with their patients and asking questions on the phone is like pulling teeth. Do not take your child here and do not go here. As soon as my insurance stopped working, they did not want to see me anymore and would not help me with scheduling an appointment or talking to a caseworker. I have switched services and am much happier with where I go now. Very unprofessional business and if you have mental illness, it can be very frustrating to deal with these type of people.

I don't understand why the people who schedule appointments are always so rude and unprofessional and treat their clients like they don't matter. Do they realize without clients they have no job?

IF Dr Bòyd was at the Plymouth office and Dwayne was to I probably would have stayed at Lincoln Behavioral health Plymouth Michigan
