It'd be nice if they answered the phone or returned phone calls

I have had highs and lows with journey to wellness. I have been here many times for different sessions. Some I completed, some I didn't. But today for example things didn't go right but I still paeticipates in what I… was able to. And they arranged things for me that got me the help and attendance I needed. I advice this place for iop or op ( that is what ive had experience with) and I wouldn't suggest anywhere else and ive been everywhere.

I love the staff here there the best and make sure to keep me doing great with my recovery and they also make sure that I get a ride to the program, which is a plus for me

Great staff. Welcoming, polite, considerate, compassionate people. Helpful, constructive counselors and psychiatrists. Amazing guidance.

Great people, great councilor's and a great front desk, best place I would recommend and that cleaning lady keeps the place spot less.

I highly recommend Journey to Wellness! The entire team is incredibly kind, respectful, and truly cares about their patients. They have always made sure I receive the right attention and support, and I couldn’t be more… satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. Great staff and support system

It very great place if want to change your life the staff are great and the doctor got me on the rights mends. You walk in door the lady at the desk said good morning make you feel welcome mike group meeting guy funny… is hel alway make me laugh and always learned something from him this program works if you let it every thing so clean al that time great place to get clean and change your life

Journey to Wellness has helped me maintain sobriety and supported me through my journey. I couldn't be more grateful. I love the staff especially Cynthia, Mike, and my counselor Jennifer. I had tried getting sober through different programs for years and failed for years. Things didn't change until I began counseling with the Amazing Jillian and group with the superhero, Mike. I just recently celebrated… a year clean & sober, and it's all thanks to Journey to Wellness! Edit - Now over 2 years sober thanks to Jillian the Cat & Mike!

Unfortunately I’ve been to several inpatient/ outpatient programs but mrs marilyn is by far the most effective given she is dealing with people off the streets meaning most of us leave there and can do what we want with… minimum restriction or are faced with daily issues in addiction im personally grateful for her approach in counseling.

OMG !!! LIFE-CHANGER!!!! I came to Journey to Wellness with a lot of self-doubt , uncertainty , and fear of failure . Because failure had become my norm. due to my substance abuse. But all of that quickly changed THANKS… to attentive counselors and positive staff members . They gave me inspiration to overcome my own self-imposed hurdles . It was like I had a whole team of professional coaches guiding me toward my recovery from the disease of addiction. They leave their personal life at the door and our 100% driven towards the clients needs . The joy and smiles on ALL of their faces brought me peace and comfortability . It gave me Trust , in other people , and most importantly in Myself ! Counselor Michael Lunn leads the first group of the day focusing on inspirational lessons for the clients . He gave me a lot of strength with his brutal honesty about this disease and how it will continue to destroy us and our families if we don't choose to make some basic changes in our own life . Mike is a very friendly and upbeat counselor who fought his way out of the grips of addiction twenty-plus years ago . Who better to council a person starting on this journey then someone who's been there , done that and has succeeded at it ? Mike is very alive with his passion for recovery and makes the clients feel amped up about beginning to live a quality life. Journey to wellness is Blessed to have Michael Lunn on their team , and clients are Blessed to have his realistic approach towards overcoming the disease of addiction . On Wednesdays Michael has a theme" WE DO RECOVER " group providing clients with the skills and attitude to get past THE PAST ! And start living that quality life that we have forgotten about. I contacted journey to wellness to ask for some documentation that happened 7 years ago while i was there. It was understandable that they no longer did not have my information in their system, but it is not… understandable how the receptionist by the name of Heather can disrepect the patient or former patients on the phone as i called there two times and she hung up the phone on me twice and told me i cant just call them asking for my patient information from when i was there. They should either change their name or hire better people to deal with the public. Sincerely.

Worst treatment center in NJ to work at or be treated at! They illegally take money from clients who owe no co-pays. Supervisor presence is slim to none! Counselors care more about being on their phones than caring for… their clients! Assessments are done quickly & are severely incomplete & clients in crisis situations die because counselors care more about leaving early instead of calling clients in crisis back! They have been reported to the state board by several people in 2022 alone and medication reviews are never done ontime so clients go days sometimes weeks without their perscribed medication!

Don't bother calling, this place is a waste of time!
