Spoke to somebody and explained my problem that was very depressed and things were going threw my mind and the first thing he said was what was my insurance he was like we dont take that insurance and he just told me… the price. Shame on you so called behavioral place you're for the money not thinking on what's wrong with the person.

Horrific Managerial Team Michael Pente, Office Manager Kelly Collins, Advocacy Director Marlon Aguilar, Therapist Manager Only Tracy and Kenneth Ogali are brilliant and decent human beings.

Remedy for stigmas against mental illnesses provided here. These Professionals have a genuine ability to manifest healing. Their knowledge of psychology is complete and ever evolving with the newest wisdom. They truly… are in the business of alleviating suffering, stress, anxiety, depression, and all forms of emotional and mental distress. It is amazing that these professionals have this capability and it is evident in their work.

Had an intake and the lady was just rude, even I’m trying to clarify answers to her question she says to be “ look at the screen, I’m not making this up I need to ask these questions”, her demeanor was disgusting I… almost walked out. She also told me they only have a woman’s trauma group, interesting no men’s trauma group considering the place seems to be staffed predominantly by women. I was pretty distraught sitting there so you would think my first appointment wouldn’t be 8 days out 🤷🏻. These places are extremely ineffective, lean heavily on medication because they don’t have actual trained therapists, it seems to be where people with very little experience go to start their first job in mental heath. Ubhc is trash, complete trash

terrible system to get an appointment, there is always a problem when booking for it. The psychiatrist are decent but everything else is bad, would not recommend, they make you wait a whole month for another appointment… instead of the 2 weeks that my psychiatrist tells me to meet again.

Terrible place! 0 availability! Not willing to help people take care of their lives! Receptionist are so rude and unable to try to help. They are too sticky to the rules 0 stars!

I thought it was decent in services. Until advise me to go back into an abusive living environment to avoid an environmental hazard. They aren't professionals and just here for a paycheck. If you ask me, the place is a… scam where they could careless where their case workers are placing people in dwelling. Fail to report illegal housing conditions in my opinion. Update, if you choose to go get your clinician services elsewhere but keep UBHC for the psychiatrist services, they will unlawfully deny you using their psychiatrist services by saying you don't take medication. So, you no longer need our services. In my opinion, this further supports my suspicion that they unnecessarily want to put patients on medication for making profit from the pharmaceutical companies. Antidepressant medications never work and the meds actually cause harm to your body's function. There are plenty natural remedies that God put on this earth to heal your mental state. My advice get a relationship with Jesus Christ and pray for guidance. He will make your paths straight.

I've had nothing but good experiences here, shocked by the low rating. Yes, the scheduling policies are a bit odd but the healthcare providers and staff have always been accommodating.

Don't even bother calling them. I called to make an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon they said "call us back at 8AM we schedule 3 days out, and that's when you can get an appointment." OK, that's poor approach to a… business of any sort but I called back at 8AM Wednesday. They said "we don't have anything available but you can try back later"...are you KIDDING? People with Anxiety gonna call these jokers LOL...don't waste your time.

They need to give their in-takers therapy! I’m… more traumatized now then before I called here ! They should be ashamed of themselves how you helping other people when you need help yourself ! Note: There is nothing wrong with the doctor or therapist, JUST THE FRONT DESK! They have about six plus behind the glass and they have a problem doing their job and the patient advocacy is another JOKE. They told me there is nothing they can do.

1 of the 3-4 people who answers the phone at this location is really rude and unprofessional. There appears to be a lack of accountability and oversight here because I have personally emailed the administration about… this issue and received zero response. As I wait for an appointment with a provider, the impression being made by the people answering the phones colors the entire organization. Stop telling clients that you’re “hanging on by thread” or are over tasked? It’s unethical to make your issues with staffing the client’s problem. Hanging up on callers after long hold times and all the attitude is just unnecessary.

If you have better options, save your self some time and don't go here. Called this place multiple times and they put me on hold for like almost half an hour with no response. Can't even get an appointment even if I… tried through the phone. Only reason why I did come here was because my therapist and Psychiatric provider were decent. However the way the office staff treats the patients, is unacceptable.

Less than one star. Scheduling appointments with this place is a nightmare. You are unable to do so months in advanced. Nothing but a headache to deal with go elsewhere.

This place is terrible. They’re always closed despite their appointments being virtual. Whenever I call i get left on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes. The people who answer the calls are rude and ask for your number to… call back and never end up calling back!!

3rd Class service..staff will never pick phone, Dr. Michael always give you appointment but never be available mean waste of time .if they don't want to work they should RESIGN but they have no right to waste other's… valuable time..

These people suck when it comes to communication !!!!! There’s literally no number to call and speak directly with someone at the desk! They text you off a Google number off their desktop computers and BARELY answer.… I’m new to the program and I came just to find out that they’re closed and it’s through zoom! No one informed me at all! I think these people definitely need therapy

NOT FOR WORKING PEOPLE. cannot get an appointment once a month if lucky for therapy, and all of their groups are during work hours and the care that you do get is minimal and rushed. really disappointed and desperate… for care : ( Jeniffer the therapist is completely useless. she talks about herself the whole time, promises the world, literally delivered nothing at all

Today will be the last day that I speak to someone from this office. The psychiatrist is fine, but I always seem to have problems with the front desk, especially their rudeness. Today I tried to call and explain that… they never sent the Doxy link and they hung up on me. This caused me to miss my appointment. F them. Find services elsewhere.

This place is the worse with follow with call to provide services to they patient I got a call canceling my foster child appointment and I mentioned to the to give me a new appointment to be able to get the medication… before end and they answer was we will call you . They call after I call the same day of the appointment the cancel to remind then about the call that I was said by them that supervise would give me. On tha Friday the Supervice call me letting me know that was bad communication and the she would have some one to call me back or they would sent the prescription to the pharmacy well weekend pass and also Monday came I call again and the same some one would call u . Get what I ending walking to the facility and expend there over 2 hours in the time I’m doing this review still nobody resolve my situation .

Honestly didn’t have an issue with the therapist I thought they were really good. My issue with this place is I wanted a therapist typically weekly or every other week would be nice. This place can’t do that it’s like a… 20 min session once a month. They expect you to drop everything in life in order to attend hour long group sessions. Also as someone who had bad experience with meds it seems like their psych just pushes meds where other places I’ve attended were weary on issuing psych meds. Also the availability to get in is quite annoying. I spent months waking up early enough to call to maybe get a therapist. I’d really suggest finding another place unless super desperate.

Very disappointing to be asked for insurance information before any services or consideration. But, after reading the other reviews, it does not matter that we were refused services.
