Highly recommend for mental health services. From tele health or finding the appropriate service to provide, I found this company to be incredibly resourceful.

I would give a zero star if I could, but to start off my sister has a son to take their for therapy and needs it a lot, she also has another son that just turned three and he is a lot but I find it crazy that a kid… friendly therapy place like to kick us out into the lobby where their are double doors leading to cars. If you are mom with a younger child and have no one to watch it I wouldn’t consider coming here.

It’s okay. The APN here gave me such high dosages of antipsychotics that my dopamine receptors are absolutely fried. I have tardive dyskinesia now and episodes send me to the ER. I don’t enjoy music anymore due to my… dopamine receptors being shot. I need to take benztropine daily now to deter ocular dystonia episodes where I cannot control my eyeballs. Also, I gained about 70 pounds and now have to take weight loss medication. I was also diagnosed with 6 different mental illnesses, but it turns out I just have autism. On the other hand, my therapist is absolutely wonderful. She is the best therapist I’ve had. I hope she never leaves! I’ve never been comfortable with most of my past therapists, but I love this one.

Would give 0 stars. I missed appointments with my therapist and he discharged me which is understandable. My psychiatrist on the other hand after missing 1 appointment discharged me. I find it very unprofessional that… nobody would even reach out to me to hook me up with somebody that could help considering I am on strict medications. Wouldn’t refer this place to anyone that I know.

They charged my card 60 dollars for services i didnt even get/want i dont even go here my girlfriend does. They charged my card twice for 30 with no explanation i called then twice but refuses to pick up. The… unprofessionalism and disrespect to peoples money and time is astounding.

I've been a client here for over 1year and everything from making appointments, rescheduling, and account problem are always a breeze because of this one Izzy Hern. This woman is excellent at her job and she doesn't… complain about going above and beyond to help me... please her a raise!!!! She's a gem.

Total Family Solutions has been a solid support system for me. The team is professional, easy to talk to, and they really take the time to listen. Medication management feels personalized and thoughtful, and the… counseling has helped me work through a lot. It’s not easy finding a place that treats you like a person instead of just a chart, but they do it right. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real support and accountability that actually helps.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. My previous therapist with Total Family Solutions left about 3 months ago, and, after months of trying to get in contact with them, they finally set me up with a new therapist, only to call… back the next day and cancel that appointment. When I called to reschedule with another therapist, I was told they no longer have any availability for anywhere in the afternoons. Thanks for nothing. If you have any ability to seek mental health services anywhere else, I'd recommend you do it and steer clear of Total Family Solutions unless you want more heartache attached to that which you already have.

TFS continues to be at the forefont of trauma informed care, cultural competence, and skilled clinical professionals in the field. As a referral partner, I can confidently say TFS takes care of my young professionals… and supports them in their therapeutic and career goals. Debbie, Lisa A, and the entire administrative team takes every referral we send them as a top priority. I cannot thank this agency enough for participating in the ecosystem that is working to break through generational poverty and trauma.

Why doesn’t no one answer the phone here. I was told I would get a call back to schedule a new appointment, I’ve been waiting for almost 2 weeks now.I also have been calling. I’m very upset because they just took all my… important information and just never cared to contact me back. There’s people out here who really need the help and you guys just turn the blind eye. Shame on you.

I've been going now for about 2 months I've never had any issues with contacting them the staff has been awesome and very helpful my therapist Briana is just wonderful I'm am more than satisfied with my treatment!!!!!

My experience with TFS started off great. I was so excited because they got me started with a therapist quickly. I had two sessions with my therapist and decided to part ways with her. I called TFS to cancel my… remaining appointments and they said they would call me with to let me know if they had someone else they could pair me with. That call never came. I gave them two weeks and called and got ahold of no one. I left a message and got no phone call back. I do not recommend them. They don't communicate with their patients.

My therapist, Lisa, has been my rock for over 3 years. The level of professionalism from all the staff here is superb.

staff is just as horrible, no care for the patients or there well being. No one calls you back , no good for nothing.

If I could give this place a zero star I would, most of the therapist's here are terrible and lack the sympathy needed to be a therapist. They do not care about helping you, they're only using the time to get paid.… Also, the actual "staff" there are rude and have no manners at all. Stay away from this place, not worth it at all.

I have never been more displeased in a service provider.
