Extremely unprofessional doctors and staff, youre better off going clinically insane than to be treated here or at least go to an actual clinic not someplace where people play make believe

Been a patient since 2017. After my counselor (Jamie) left 4 years ago, 6+ months past without a counselor/ therapist. Chrlot (is she a DOCTOR!?) was only interested in filling scripts and gave general advice, doesn't… know your patient history even while it's in front of her on a screen! During the past she hasn't filled my Vistaril prescription. October, Medford Chemist delivered the script anyway (under a previous doctor's name). During our next phone visit she noticed it was filled, and began BARKING at ME!!! I terminated the call because she'd insulted and disrespected me, sparked my ANXIETY! She consistently causes STRESS! Yesterday, they told the new receptionist to tell me that I'm being discharged for missing 1 appointment!(As other reviewers experienced !I've never missed an appointment. I was SHOCKED! SUCKER PUNCHED! Today, I AM relieved that I'll never have to hear her voice again!!! YIPPIE!!!!! The Office of Health needs to know about her.

Long time coming with this review... These therapists are not therapists. They are ideologists. They have an agenda set in their minds to implement unto others. They are not there to help but to steer you in something… you don't want to be. They will claim you to be everything under the sun. Most importantly above all is a lack of trust and privacy. My ex-therapist would happily have me on speaker during session, recording our sessions, allowing others to eavesdrop during sessions. Nothing fulfilling came out of this place but just a place waste time. My psychologist was a sweet lady. Beautiful heart. Overall, don't expect much from this place. I've seen so many new therapists over the years go in and go out. Quick overturn. Go elsewhere for healing. Unless you want comforting lies and medication. Good day folks.

This is the worst mental health clinic on Long Island , waste of my time being there. They hire interns instead of therapists. The staff is rude, and very unprofessional.

This clinic is useless, they are incompetent. I have been asking for a letter about my disability to take the citizenship exam for a year and Dr. Charlot refuses to give it to me. I will look for another clinic. They… don't even care if the patient goes without medicine.

Doctor misses a phone appointment and poorly documents that she attempted to call, and doesn't seem to care if you are going to run empty on your anti-psychotic medication.

This is the worst mental health clinic on Long Island. You can just see by the constant negative reviews left by patients. I am currently a patient who is about to leave for another mental health clinic. They treat you… how they want to treat you. They refuse to treat you as an individual. I’ve had 4 different counselors within a year. So I haven’t been able to build a rapport with any of them. On top of that the physiatrist dr Charlot will not listen nor care about your issues. And you can barely understand the women anyway.Save your time, and look for a different clinic to go to. There are quite a few on Long Island. On

Gone to this facility for 2 yrs. They are rude ignore patients. Hire constant interns not therapist. Then they get you hooked on meds and drop you. Charlot is barely understandable. Go to a real facility not a clinic.

Hello, I never before been treated so RUDELY and disrespected until I meet Ashley Berry. She lacks a Professional bedside manner.Shes a monster.. I was being treated here by 2 Great Doctors.One of them put me on meds… and the other was a great listener,Than she quit for some reason.I was seeing her for close to 2 years..Than about 8 months ago ,I was seen by his heavyset young adult ,who turn red every time I spoke to her..I had maybe 3 sessions with Ashley and missed 2-3 other sessions because of my Disability.. Ashley Berry Had me Discharged..When I told her I'm being treated my a another doctor in the same facility with medication ,she said "TUFF, find another doctor" ..Ms Berry is very immature and completely unprofessional.. ...She showed be a letter that was registered mail ,signature required and the SIGNATURE was NOT mine...I NEVER SEEN THIS LETTER BEFORE..Ashley Berry SHOULD NOT be treating anybody.. She shows no respect to others.Very Unprofessional person. She could careless about YOU.. I suffer from Anxiety, depression and RA...Ashley cut me off from seeing and speaking to my other Doctor there, who had me on Xanax an other meds for close to 2 years,I went through horrible withdrawals because her .. Please take my advice and DON'T get treatment from this absolute Idiot hey call Ashley
