They always fit me in great experience every time
This place is a joke. They don't listen.
I have been a client at the Dover Plains Clinic for about ten years. In my experience, the MDs, the therapists, and the administrative staff all provide excellent, caring, professional service. MD turn-over and… occasional cancellations have occurred, yes, but that is to be expected anywhere.
it remains a tough time for dudes. Not much positive feedback on this place. What else can one say?
I have issues and been talked to like im nothing by people at the front office, they dont work on my ride/familys schedule. They cancel my oppointments because my doctor weisbard misses out. My doctor doesnt fully… listen and understand my problems. Im getting back my depression and temper issues and uninterested to do things and trying to get in but cant reach them because their office is on a recording loop or i get told ill be called back but never do. Im seriously needing people who can help me like my old doctors in florence alabama at riverbend! Ever since i moved back my issues actually seem worse and the lack of help consistently is saddening. I dont reccommend the place but if you are like me its all we have. My family is concidering reporting the office if changes doesnt happen. Nothing has been different since i started going to the doctor here in all the 4 years.
