Helio Health – Rochester Detox and Rehab Services

Helio Health – Rochester is listed as running intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.

The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

Helio Health – Rochester Address, Location and Contact Information

The facility address is 150 Mount Hope Avenue, Rochester, New York, 14620. Rochester sits in Monroe County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. The practical question of getting to appointments week after week is worth thinking through at the outset.

It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

Was told walk ins for sublocade were monday through friday and that mondays and fridays were the best days. So i used PTO to go on friday. Called before hand to make sure I could be seen and was told the Dr wasnt… available. These places dont want us getting better they make far too much money off of peoples suffering to want us to heal. I am so disgusted.
