Absolutely terrible! Ignorant uncaring staff, my skin crawled whole time I was there because they treated me like I was in prison or a bad person…..the only positive was the other women in residential with me there!… They were amazing❤️. I got Covid and they would bring me food. They were so sweet. But they had me in an open room with a pregnant girl. They stopped checking everybody for Covid. It was just terrible. Should be shut down.
This place was amazing in every way My counselor was amazing and of course there is one. They show you what having a family is like and have your back all through the way!!! Absolutely can’t believe anyone would say any… different.
This place is a joke! Their is no counselor they believe anything another client says also if u leave the place they hold your stuff and medication. I've been trying to get my stuff for 3 days now and they won't give it… to me!! All they care about is a pay check all the good staff are gone do to lies. They keep you away from your loved ones if they have a past.It needs shut down
This place was more than welcoming at a time when you need the most understanding and support. They showed me so much more than simply substance free happiness. They showed me love and support and how to love myself and… have confidence. They helped me learn or relearn the things that helped me get my life back in order and strive to be better everyday! I love all the staff and volunteers and even clients here, past and present. I have and will recommend Riverhaven to anyone who wants better and doesn't know how or where to start changing the way they live.
This place is a rehab for ladies . There treatment of people is terrible they withhold food cards and violated my hippa law with letting a staff member share my personal folder with other clients. This place is mostly… for people in jail and they treat people like my self that committed my self like a criminal . They say there family oriented but they do not do any family councling.
this facility was very effective, gave me wonderful tools to live a great and productive life.
