Honestly I wanna give this place a good review because I genuinely like the people who work there, they seem like they care. But a lack of communication and consistency on their end caused me to run out of my… prescription in the middle of my program with them. I missed a group yesterday because they didn't tell me it was a zoom group, which they usually send you a text for. My appointment with the doctor was over at 3, which is when I learned about the zoom group, by the time I downloaded the app and tried to join the group, I was too late. I called and explained and even went to the office to rectify the situation and they said I would get my meds called in for until Tuesday when I could get in for an individual session. They never called in the script, and now it's the weekend and I'm stuck without my meds until at least Tuesday. Not professional at all
