The evening shift was super helpful and nice and the night shift withheld my meds from me after not giving them to me at all that day when I take it 3 times a day. Then she tried to lecture me about how she took those… meds for a few months and she's fine obviously I'm not going through the same thing. She was completely rude
My mother is falling into psychosis and they turned her away. She’s going to die because of this and it’s 100% their fault.
Came to my place to help my daughter with her mental crisis, ended up calling cps on me. They are very rude, please dont call them. They will make things worst
If you don't want to be taken seriously, go here.
Good morning folks I lost my home and wife and was in an immediate crisis ok I’m also a businessman. So I went to Coleman Behavior center thinking I would've gotten some kind of medical and crisis support but all I got… was a severe headache and frustration. I complied with all of their demands and was medically clear but my immediate needs weren't and I'm really shocked how this place treats anybody as though we are dumb cattle. Definitely not a five-star establishment.😡
Came to my Aunts home to help her through a crisis. Denise(Crisis Specialist) was at the home she was severely rude/unprofessional. Even the 3 police men said same thing. I had to walk out the home before another issue… was created. The 3 police men told me that they were happy I came because my Auntie wouldn’t calm down for them but she did for me. Yeah I been in the center a few times I never had an issue til today with an employee. If you hate your job, find another. Compassion is still a thing I hope you find it♥️
10 stars to everyone, especially it must be the gentleman that works the night shift who answers my calls quite frequently when I’m just not feeling right and need an ear. These guys are phenomenal they never know how… much they help someone get through their day.
If I could put zero stars I would. My niece is homeless and was told by there staff that they had a apartment available for her. After almost 3 weeks of calling and leaving messages we find out that the woman Kayla who… told my niece that she had a apartment had flat out lied. My niece is still homeless with her 2 year old son. Colman refuses to acknowledge that she was lied to and refuses to make it right. They also kicked my niece out of their facility when she was in crisis because apparently she wasn't Mentally disturbed enough. Colman needs to make this right...
Called in to hopefully talk to someone about crisis. then heard her talking in the background then ask me to go on hold then got hung up on no call back. So didn't even help actually made me feel worse cause now on top… of everything else the people you call that are supposed to "listen" ignore what you are saying.
I called to advocate on behalf of an octogenarian friend who requested help finding services during a recent mental health crisis with delusions. The woman who answered was so undeniably condescending and argumentative… about the most. Mundane and ridiculous semantic related details, eg: type of business I had actually reached, the hours of business and quickly clarified everything they don't actually do and urged me to call absolutely anyone but them. Because they could not help anyone in crisis ever. That's not what they do. The conversation went round and round and no progress was made. If anything now my friend is still in crisis and I am bewildered and exhausted and not sure what they offer than more problems and stress
I got so depressed 3 weeks ago I wanted to cut my body until I bleed no more because I don't fill like a human I want to see if I will bleed plus my mother passed away JANUARY 11 and I want to mourn but the medication I… am on stopes me of having fillings about anyone and I never told any one this but I do hate myself
I came here the morning after I was s*xually assaulted. I was asked disgusting questions like "what were you wearing" and was told that it wasn't necessary to file a report because I didn't have 'enough evidence'. The… woman I saw told me if I end up being pregnant, I should keep the baby. She sent me home with a collection of scriptures and packet of quotes about narcissism. Absolutely horrible. I still carry trauma from how I was treated here.
I loved the coworkers.they was all nice to me and treated me very well.the food wasn’t that great tho.
This place is stealing money from their staff in my opinion... Making staff use their independent Medicaid provider number to Bill Medicaid with your license but only pay you hourly wage. Without you signing a contract… to give them permission to treat you as an employee when you are in fact self-employed person working at this establishment.
I recently did 6 nights and 5 days here. The staff treated us very well. If you or someone you know needs help send them here. I'll be recommending Coleman group in general to everyone I talk to.
love Mark and his staff
A friend of mine was treated poorly here. They lost her medication and inhalers. There wasn't enough food for all the patients. A pair of scissors was left in an unsupervised room for over an hour around suicidal… people. Not really a safe place for those needing mental health services.
I was discharged today from this center. The staff was professional and very caring for all their residents. They were loving as well. I will forever remember everyone I've met💛
I called to talk to someone and asked if they were busy and she said yes and hung up
Very helpful place. Safe place when in need of mental health issues
They need more crafts and activities and really need to have group therapy and more individual therapy. Kinda boring just watching tv coloring and talking to other patients
