The entire team at this clinic is wonderful! , the front desk receptionist was warm and helpful with all questions I halotad .Exceptional customer service from them it helped .
This place doesn't care about the patients we are just dollar signs all they care about is groups so they can get paid they don't understand that for some people this groups interfere with work hrs and it's not fair… that they stopped your dose that you depend on to be able to accomplish your daily routine.
Is ok my counselor is awesome and so are some of the people.
I have been here with them for yrs and they have done me great justice.
This clinic has saved my life and sanity.
Google deleted my review and reposted it as 3 stars?!? YEA HOW ABOUT -3!! Horrible place! For people that are trying to get their lives back on track ur not welcomed. Front desk sits there and talks about ppl including… other employees. Unbelievable. Id rather drive an extra half hour than spend one more second in that place. It's not the same since they moved from Allentown near dorney. They barley have counselors and can't keep employees. Hmmm wonder why?? I wonder who they're paying to get good reviews lol if u wanna get clean and stay clean YOU do the work. There's great counselors elsewhere. Do not give these people ur money. I've been in and out of treatment for over 10 years so I think I know what I'm talking about!!
Very kind and respectful workers I was never treated wrong or disrespected in any way I love Allentown CTC because of them I have been in treatment for 7 months and counting... for the first time in 14 years... thank… you to all the staff in Allentown CTC
Great team. They are the most Comprehensive MAT treatment providers in the Lehigh Valley. They personalize the experience for each client.
30 years ago, I could never have imagined a time when I could tell a DR that I am an opioid addict, without getting a letter in the mail telling me I'm no longer a patient. Never imagined a time when a Dr would help me… get well when I'm "sick" & give me the opportunity & tools to stay well. Had I been given MAT 30 years ago, my life would be very different today. However, I have today & today I am clean, & by the grace of God, tomorrow I will be clean. Those of you that are my age or older, understand what a special gift MAT is. The CTC is by far the best place for me to help manage sobriety! I am so very grateful to have everyone at the CTC as my biggest support system while navigating a clean and sober life! They have gone above & beyond what I have ever experienced before. When I was sick & couldn't get transportation to the office ( I live an hour away) CTC set up & paid for, an Uber to & from the office the very next morning. From the staff at reception, to nursing, the director, counselors, Dr.'s..., they all really care about giving everyone the tools & opportunity to get well & live a life free of opioid abuse. It's no act, they all show up there ready to help anyone who needs it. The passion the staff has to help fight this disease is visible. The Doctors at the CTC are amazing at what they do. They are kind, caring, intelligent, capable & easy to talk to. They are easily accessible & I've never had a care or concern that wasn't addressed in a timely manner & I can be a real pain in the ass! I trust them completely to do what is best for me. I travel an hour for my appointments at the CTC because it is a special place with a special staff that care about what they do. I could easily go to a clinic 15 min away or use an online provider..., but the CTC is setting me up for success in this battle that I will fight for the rest of my life. I can't say how thankful I am for them. I highly recommend them to anyone ready & willing to fight the good fight! I spent so many yrs alone in my fight to stay clean. I'm not alone anymore, I have the CTC & because of continuous sobriety, I have my family & friends again. God bless the staff at the CTC, they are very special people!✌️💞
Prioritize people that have to work have a separate line for them so they can get in and out of here on time and not risk being late to work.People that don't work have all day, so make them wait.
Very Good treatment center awesome staff and counselors we'll work with you not against you on your road to recovery and sobriety
Great place clean nice people great medicine program it saves lives
Where to start, at first I thought this was a professional place with professional staff and thought maybe just maybe it may help me save my life however the counselors there need a course in professionalism. My first… counselor told me it would take a "cup of crack ' to wake up. I asked for a transfer of counselors which I was denied. Just a few weeks later she was let go for using, so I'm told, SMH. On to the next wich was a alcoholic that I had nothing in common with. I ended up leaving the program.. I don't drive and they took the bus away that went straight there. Now I have dear friends that go there and was just told about a conversation that took place with clients and counselors It was mentioned that the one client was struggling ,and inappropriate responses were given. Giving clients positive suggestions should have been said. . Instead inappropriate comments were made UNPROFESSIONAL. I don't have a degree in addiction however I do know those responses were wrong. How about saying to write down pros and cons about their situation or go meditate on it, remove themselves from the situation.......... I am by far perfect and still struggle with my addiction but I do know ppl in a position of power should be held to a higher standard. Do better CTC
Well, where to begin. I've been at this clinic for many years. Ive always done my groups and counseling and earned 13 bottles. But out of the blue the clinic took me to 6 bottles for being 1/2 short on my clinic time.… I'm between York and Allentown half of the week. I'm taking care of my father who has liver cancer. My dad lives in York. I'm having to travel back and forth every Monday now. Because ctc took my 13 bottles away. I'm heartbroken that the clinic director would do something like this. Watching my dad die and taking precious time away.
I WOULD NOT recommend this place. They say they wanna help you but you are just a number with dollar signs. They tell you what you wanna hear so you sign up and pay them. They specifically tell you they will never leave… you high and dry but it's exactly what they did.
I'm so glad I found my way here. Everyone has treated me with respect. I have gotten so much help in different aspects of my journey of recovery. Thanks Orefield team! Love
It's one of the best clinics because they don't make you stay for group all day they understand people have lives and they are compassionate
Well I have just been coming here for just under 2 months. I was sceptical and I procrastinated severely and because. If 4hus u got into some legal trouble for the first time in my life. I started here and I couldn't be… happier. They don't look down at me because of my addiction. They treat me like I'm human like an equal. That's refreshing. They are all so very nice I can kick myself for not coming sooner. I have moved up on my dose when I needed it and I really think this is the best place for me right now and maybe for you too. Come try it out and if you don't like it all you have to do is tell them you're done here but thank you. I'm very satisfied I hope you'll be too.
Clinic has gone downhill terribly. Turnover rate for counselors is ridiculous. My current counselor is telling me I need to get off methadone and to take vitamins and I will be cured... Only 2 busses go to the clinic… and home. If they keep you for any reason and the bus leaves, you win a free illegal 3 mile walk down the highway. You must walk this same highway going and coming every Saturday! UPDATE: They now decided to open Sundays! So now you have to figure out a way to the clinic when there's NO BUS! As if it wasn't hard enough for clients without a car!
I just don’t understand how there’s no transportation. This place is so far away for a lot of people who need help. They closed on Sunday because of no rides why can’t they close on Saturdays. My brother doesn’t drive… and it’s so hard to get there. No bus takes you there I see so many people walking this dark unsafe road to get there. Does it have to take someone to get hit by a car. They make so much money from insurance companies. So many people are over dosing because they have no means of transportation. When the place was on Hamilton at least there were buses for the patients. Why isn’t someone doing something to help with transportation. Just found out now they are starting to open Sundays. There’s no buses on Sunday. This clinic government is now making death wishes there no transportation what is wrong with this government but I guess as long as they make there money
I transferred here from Philadelphia and this clinic so far has exceeded my experiences from my previous clinic in every way.. Only downfall is that it's closed so early. Sundays they're not open they give you a take… home bottle every Saturday and that's awesome. Also, staff so far has been so nice and so helpful. I have felt welcome since my first day. The building is very nice and clean. The commute from Lehighton is very fast and simple. So far, this is a very good clinic. Minimal groups and the dosing line has been quick. I've always been in and out. I love being a part of this clinic and I can't believe how different it is than the ones in Philadelphia! So much more professional! If you are thinking about transferring here, just do it. I highly recommend.
I have been to a lot of methadone clinics and they all have their own downfalls but all in all acc is one of the best ones in the area
Great, helpful & polite staff. Good enviornment & people for a recovery program.
