Dr. Montgomery has been my dentist since I was a child, he's absolutely amazing!

Best dentists I've ever had! This place is literally the Cornerstone for dental care! Dr Montgomery is a great dentist. He is always courteous and empathetic towards his clients.

Dr. Montgomery is the most caring dentist, he truly cares about his patients. He got me scheduled quickly after having a rough weekend in pain. I appreciate his urgency to always help and resolve issues for me. His… assistant is amazing too! I appreciate all you do!

The staff is great. Every one friendly and helpful, However every single time I have a medication dosage increase there is an issue. On 3 occasions now I have stopped taking my medication cold turkey (which any Dr would… say absolutely not to do) because of issues communicating between Cornerstone and the insurance company. For instance my prior prescription ran out on the day of my last Dr. appt. A new prescription was sent to the pharmacy that day. It was denied because it wasnt prior authorized by the Dr office. I contacted the office 2 days later when the status didnt change at my pharmacy. I had to leave a message. The following day i did the same, but got a call back from a person. They said it was approved and they would call the pharmacy and then call me back. The following day after not getting a call back i called the pharmacy and they said it was still denied. So i called the insuance company, they said the office did contact them and it was denied and they are now waiting for the office to contact them again to perform some other administrative backflip........... I recontacted cornerstone care and asked if I could just get my old prescription dosage that was already approved by the insurance company. My pharmacy said they could absolutely fill that. The prescription no longer worked as it should, but its better than stopping a medication cold turkey and then restarting at a high dose. Of course I didnt speak to a person though, I had to leave a message. I really like my Dr. and everyones friendly but i shouldnt be running out of one medicine or another every month or so.

Great medical staff. We love Dr Amber Warren and Dr Neal. Everyone is always polite and helpful. We have our whole family involved with Cornerstone Care

Well they should know their patience going to see their dr or anything else in general but they don't but all they care about is their dam self & Secretaries I seen their before are b****** . & to me they don't need any… ⭐or 👍 . I give them a 👎

I have never had more issues with a healthcare facility than I have with cornerstone care.

Only go to the dentist office and have had no issues other than a filling falling out but called them and they got me in super quick the same day. Absolutely love them and the service they provide.

The dentist Dr Montgomery and dental staff at cornerstone of mount morris are very friendly and comforting, as for the so called primary care department, its a never ending JOKE, Psychiatry at this place deserves ZERO… stars and 1 million thumbs down, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I like the doctors at the clinic. They have residents, which I like because they are up to date on the current medical information. I always feel comfortable to talk about stuff. I never have to wait long. I can usually… get a same day appointment when I need one.

They are By far The worst place to use for just about anything! I called 2 1/2 months ago To have records faxed, and I’m literally still waiting! Beyond that for an emergency appointment for children they have you… waiting days, usually around a week in my experience! Honestly this place has just went down hill since mona Left It’s a shame!
