Whoever answers the phone during the week is super rude. The staff aren’t very willing to help people.
Not willing to help people with simple things most clinics view as normal.
Do not go here if you have an option. They literally screwed me by not admitting me and extending my guest dosing without talking to my Home clinic. Not to mention they charged me $285 for a whopping 11 take homes over… 3 visits when they knew I had to drive 90 minutes to get there. I advise to follow the reviews and try to find somewhere else...

They are refusing to work with out of town clients based on their own rules that aren't in accordance with state guidelines or regulations. The worst clinic I have ever dealt with hands down. For our of town doser I… suggest going to the place I found located in Lubbock. Its night and day when it comes to staff, rules and basic treatment. I have had nothing but hell with this place and dr. They still will not let a guest dose in based upon covid. Also if u don't give the 72 hour notice they won't help u. Another words go to the place in Lubbock less hassle and they'll see u no ,matter the covid.
I went to this place for 5 years before I moved to Dallas. Now 4 years later Im moving back. Thank God for this place. My sobriety is my everything. These people care about your sobriety if you do

You are better off quitting on your own. These people CANNOT get their stuff together to get people out on time. You are treated like a criminal taking advantage of the system instead of a patient trying to get help.… Terrible service!!!!!
