Arise Recovery Centers – Dallas Detox and Rehab Services

Arise Recovery Centers – Dallas carries a listing for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.

The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Simply outstanding. Arise and their programs have helped me through a process of recovery and healing that I’d have never thought possible. Great counselors. Structured sessions. And committed participants. Can’t… imagine doing this in any other environment

I attended IOP at Arise and I got a lot out of the experience. I had a great therapist for 1 on 1 sessions and I also appreciate the therapists that lead the group sessions. They offer flexible session times and it’s… nice that they offer uber services for free to those who aren’t able to get to Arise on their own. If you are looking for a place to do IOP/PHP, I highly recommend Arise.

Everyone at Arise is fantastic. I went here in 2022 for IOP. The groups were informative, well-structured, and focused on tool development. Chelsea in particular was excellent - arguably the best therapist I've had (and… that group is NOT small). I can't recommend them highly enough. It's four years later, and they are still stepping up to the plate (Amy, you rock) to help me find a new talk therapist after an insurance change pushed my last one out of network, which is what prompted me to submit this review even after all this time.

The referral and admissions process is seamless, and their… communication is exceptional every step of the way. A special thank you to Ryana, who is such a solid, genuine person. She goes above and beyond with her communication, professionalism, and compassion, making every interaction easy and reassuring. It’s always a great experience partnering with Arise Recovery Center!

I inquired about services for a relative with Devon (sp?) at the DFW office, and the facility only accepts outpatient. Needing an inpatient program, she spent at least 30 minutes reaching out to her area reps to get… some recommendations, including contact information at one facility. Amazing customer service and care was give to me in spite of not being a “fit” for the services at Arise. Kudos to Devon, she truly is a professional.

I attended the ARC PHP program thinking it would be a positive step forward, but it turned out to be one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. At first glance, the facility seems clean and professional, but… that impression fades quickly once you see how things are actually run. The staff often come across as cold and uninterested, and instead of feeling supported, you start to feel like you’re just another number in their system. The daily schedule was confusing and inconsistent — classes didn’t start when they said they would, and a good portion of the time was spent sitting around doing nothing. Many of the sessions were just videos or TED Talks, which didn’t offer anything useful for recovery or personal growth. What really upset me was the lack of respect and compassion from some of the employees. It’s clear that this program is more focused on billing insurance than actually helping people get better. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about your progress and well-being, I’d strongly suggest finding another program. ARC might look like a place that helps, but in reality, it falls far short of that promise.

Arise Recovery Centers goes above and beyond for every single client that walks through their doors. They understand how difficult it is to seek guidance and help when you're at your most vulnerable. They care and… support you through some of the most difficult times in your life. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you for everything Arise!

I sought services for my big sister who was dealing with substance abuse for several years. I spoke to Marketha in admissions and she was very helpful and was able to get my sister into treatment quickly. She has been… sober for a year now. I owe Arise a depth of gratitude!

When I think of an IOP in the DFW area that I would send my own personal friend or family member to this is the one. Because I’ve literally done that. Their experience was even better than what I told them it would be.… I’ve sent countless people here for aftercare and continued treatment once they complete residential and when I follow up with them they always tell me their experience was fantastic. ARISE really gives their clients the tools they need to succeed in this new way of life that has been given to them. I’m grateful for this entire team and the communication they give to families and referral sources of all their clients.

Top notch-my therapist was Katy in the mornings and she was absolutely phenomenal with helping me in my recovery, tho I also had some sessions with Monica who does the night groups and she was also extremely… professional and I was extremely impressed with their level of counsel and care. From start to finish they helped me gain a more tangible clarity and build confidence. Not to mention they always have ample snacks and beverages and have a very clean and comfortable space :) would recommend whole heartedly to anyone at any point in their recovery.
