Texas Clinic Westview – Houston Detox and Rehab Services

Recorded services at Texas Clinic Westview – Houston are detox, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Supervised withdrawal comes first, with the greatest danger in the opening seventy-two hours. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

Combined treatment is not recorded, which is worth checking before committing. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

This clinic Is so good the staff is awesome to everyone that walks in. They walk you threw the paperwork for a easy transition from Suboxone I recommend this to anyone who is having problems with recovery

First of all the Westview clinic has moved to a beautiful new location. I never have to wait , they have a lot of other patients but I never have to wait in line or fight for a spot in line waiting for them to open.… Valerie, the main receptionist you'll deal with at the front really goes out of her way to help you, especially if you give them a little courtesy. Be polite and they go to the ends of the earth to help you . But she always goes above and beyond what she has to to help us out. Nurse dawson really cares about her patients and it shows. Nurse Stephanie does too... Great clinic and I been to every clinic in houston.

All they care about is money not helping people they will accuse you of have weapons pat you down & then make you go down in doses if you don’t pay everyday & they bill you for the days you don’t show up

I’ve guest dosed here several times now and each time the staff has been amazing. They helped work through issues with paperwork from my clinic. It is a quick in and out process unlike my clinic back home which is much… smaller but you sometimes wait for 30 minutes for one person (getting 2 weeks take home). The organization and professionalism is outstanding. My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE PART— THEY CALL YOU BY YOUR NAME NOT A NUMBER!! my home clinic we are all numbers and not allowed to use names. (After spending sometimes an hour in the waiting room you meet and learn all about people anyway) I would give anything to be able to have a clinic like this as my home clinic, but I already drive an hour one way to get to the one closest to me😒

★★★★★

Great staff. If you don't get any take homes from a clinic because you can't pass one single urine screen then you should probably always look at dosing times. I've guest dosed in a different state like 4 times and… can't understand how you wouldn't know that.

My daughter went there this morning to get treatment which she was a transfer from another clinic .All she wanted to do is continue the same treatment.Vicky at the front desk was giving her such a hard time because my… daughter's name did not match up with her social security. In which I provided W2 forms for a 2nd ID to show prove that she was who she was. She made my daughter seem like she was lying since she had 2 different last names. Yes she does have 2 last names mines and her Dads .My daughter started crying and got emotional. Vicky needs to have compassion for patients. I will give her a zero/ negative review..Thanks to the other lady who showed that she cared for her patients. These people are already struggling to get help. And to be treated like that is not the way to go at all.Not fair to make someone cry on their way to recovery. Show ICARE values. Learn how to care for your patients. If you don't like your work ,well this isn't for you Vicky. I work in the medical field and know that this was unacceptable.

This is the absolute worst clinic I have ever dosed at !!! I was guest dosing and they didn't bother to let me know anything about their weekend hours so I had to go all weekend with no meds !!!!! I definitely won't be… ever guest dosing here again !!! And their meds are definitely watered down from where I dose at home!!!

I love this clinic. I moved here from Utah and the transfer was pretty smooth. I love my counselor Michelle, she is very down to earth and very kind. The nurses are very kind as well. Great place to go to get some help… getting clean. Thank you to all the staff here.

The nurses at this clinic are TRULY AMAZING. I transferred from a HORRIBLE clinic in California WHO MADE MY TRANSFER AS COMPLICATED AS MY ENTIRE TREATMENT WAS!!!! BUT the organized FAITHFUL respectful kind ladies at… TEXAS CLINIC WESTVIEW handled not only me but all the issues my previous clinic threw at them WITH GRACE. I really can't thank these ladies enough for all they do EVEN NOW. I'VE been a patient for many months and they are just as nice today as they were that first troubled day!! SERIOUS KUDOS TO THIS CLINIC FOR treating recovering addicts WITH COMPASSION RESPECT AND PATIENCE. YOU ALL ARE AMAZING AND A REVIEW IS THE VERY LEAST YOU LADIES DESERVE. THIS CLINIC DESERVE recognition for the way they operate!!! AMAZING STAFF !!!!

This clinic was ok at the time when I needed the help I transferred from this clinic that was the best choice..only bcuz it seemed like they water down the medication if u were give 120 of a dose it seemed like it… wasn't 120 of a dose...I transferred to a different clinic which my new clinic gives wafers I definitely can feel the dose of 120 so I'm sure that this clinic waters the meds...another thing is the staff is always late when they open at 5:30...

I have been to a couple clinics and they all have their problems the most common one is the money situation but as long as u stay on the nurses good side and keep up with your payments this clinic isn't all that bad. I… have been to clinics where it took two full weeks just to get approved for one day of take home (that really pissed me off) but at westview you get approved the same week a clean drug test comes in. Also the weekends suck here you only have a 30 minute window to get your weekend take homes but the solution to that problem is to pass your drug tests. Other than that they are pretty quick and easy to dose.
