Lutheran Community Services NW – Kennewick Address, Location and Contact Information
This facility serves Kennewick, Washington. Benton County covers this area. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Lutheran Community Services NW – Kennewick Reviews and Ratings
Families searching for treatment in Kennewick often start with reviews. If you were a patient at Lutheran Community Services NW, or supported one, sharing how it went gives them something real to go on.
We are very grateful and happy with the team I got.
I do not recommend this place. They're supposed to be helping her with therapy, but she hasn't been seen in over a month. Neither her psychologist, Lizz, nor the assistants answer my questions about my daughter's mental… health. My experience: Terrible service for helping young people. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. LOOK FOR OTHER PSYCHOLOGISTS. THESE ARE USELESS.
I don't love that this is the only program of it's kind in our community. My son is a client of the WISe team. He's had 5 therapists since I contacted them in 2023. They try to RUSH you through the program. And make you… feel bad for staying in longer than you're welcomed to. They seem to have a lot of office politics and promote people who don't deserve it, driving off people who are are more qualified by personal experience. And I think having personal experience is crucial for understanding neurodivergence. They have too many members who don't seem to understand autism, and I think that is a crucial trait to have if you're working in this kind of field. They won't do small tasks for you else because they think they're "enabling" you. Even if you're autistic (like me) and just need a little help with things piling up. Each employee has their own supervisor, none of which seem to be on the same page. They don't allow bonded members of the team to come back after they come back from personal leave. Any person knows that change is extremely traumatic for neurodivergent individuals. You can't work in this field without developing some kind bond, or else you're lacking. And to not allow those people back, throws everything upside down. Watch them now crucify me for this review.
If I could leave a zero I would, I am very disappointed and how some of these counselors talk to people they’re very disrespectful and rude. I will never allow my children to have counseling services in this place ever… again.
I love how they work to meet the real, everyday needs of families. Holiday Lane is especially wonderful!
Been going here for the past year for my oldest boy. I love the team my son has and the communication between us all has been so nice. My son has struggled with things within himself and I can proudly say his team has… been amazing with him! Thank you 😊
Loving and Caring Service, We highly recommend Lutheran Community Services NW.
If I could give it a zero I would. We were with wise for a year my daughter was progressively getting worse they didn't offer much support at all the only one who stayed consistent was her therapist and that was great.… She's the only good thing I have to say about the wise program. We changed team members when I expressed needs they didn't offer any solutions in fact the last care coordinator we had didn't even respond to my concerns she didn't respond tell I sent an email that I wanted to withdraw from the program. After withdrawaling my daughter has gotten better an more stable. If u hve other options don't go with wise
My youth peer support specialist Morgan Mohs is a solid support through the WISe program, shes super supportive, straight up 11 out 10 bro.
