If they make a mistake on your paperwork. It is an absolute pain to get them to correct that paperwork... even if it is a time sensitive matter. Even if it is for court. They will say they cant fix it. I had to get… different branches and the director involved for them to finally fix the issue. I do not recommend this facility because they seriously lack professionalism. From their front staff to their therapists. My son was hospitalized and I called to let them know that wont be able to attend my next session. I will reschedule. They dropped me as a client and created further problems for me. I have since established care to a more professional local office.
I had the chance to speak with a woman over the phone I believe her name was Angela during one of the hardest moments in my life, and it meant more than I can put into words. I’m currently homeless with my daughter, and… I felt overwhelmed trying to figure out where to even begin. From the moment she answered, she was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She didn’t make me feel judged or rushed she truly listened. Not only did she provide me with helpful food bank resources, but she also took the time to reassure me that things were going to be okay. That kind of empathy is rare. What stood out the most was how she treated me like a person who mattered, even though we had never met. She reminded me that I’m doing a good job despite everything I’m going through, and that meant everything in that moment. I’m so grateful for the support, compassion, and guidance she gave me. It truly made a difference during a time when I needed it most. I was able to find a resource that helped me fund a hotel while I look for a job to provide Thai you so much.
I received services here recently and while the person i met with was professional The office staff made the environment very distracting they were taking loudly and laughing for an extended period of time while i was… sitting in the lobby this made it difficult to feel comfortable and focused during my visit I think a medical setting should be quieter and more respectful
I got the pleasure of working with Laura where she helped me tremendously with the custody case for my grandbaby. The lengths that she went to help me was incredible and I am so grateful for her and for this… organization.
It's not charities you get service if your have insurance only I believe so
I don't want counseling, I needed guidance out of an eviction caused by my complete ghosting by State's Employment Security Dept. after my 16 yr Walmart Job ended AND MY party Cartoonist Business was deemed… nonessential. Then I got cut off from any Benefit $ after my Census job ended. I am surviving on my meager Social Security Check. They didn't even ask why I didn't want a Counselor appointment later. A referral to a Church Contact would have shown concern for my spirit's wellbeing. I am homeless now. Camping at friends until 15th.
They are amazing, especially Laura she has helped me so much with paperwork and things that are needed for a legal matter.
Had an ok experience, was not communicated to me that my daughter needed to attend more than once a month to keep status. Called to schedule my daughter, then an establish care for my son. Was told my daughter had to do… an entire new referral, intake, and that I needed to pick who I wanted to be seen because both of my children could not be seen in the same clinic despite there being multiple providers. Because I am SO sure, siblings haven't been seen in the same facility especially with a local and recent traumatic school event .......... not pleased. Hoping to receive care for them elsewhere soon.
They've been so great. And my counselor is just the best ever! Shout out to Carolyn!!! Words cannot convey, so just thank you.
My experience with Catholic Charities began when I met Olivia Valle. Her dedication and efforts for supporting the WA communities, is remarkable. Catholic Charities is fortunate to have a dedicated and well-versed team… leader like Olivia. Thank you for providing services and resources that truly make a difference.
The office Staff are unprofesstional and treat the clients horribly. They don't treat their staff they send out much better. Everyone of them didn't like how they were treated. They lied to us about saying they could… fill our requirements and then wanting to change things all the time. Rosa Marie was the worst but her boss Sheila didn't do anything to fix her and that reflected on her as a boss. They both should be fired. They don't know how to treat a customer.
My daughter was married in this church
They are always willing to help if they can. Great people and a very worthwhile charity organization :)
Whenever I go, they treat me really well.
We were able to donate many new baby clothing articles for someone to enjoy. The staff is so kind.
Great job at helping us
