Friendly and Helpful staff

Even though this hospital is our of my way I prefer to go here, the staff are attentive, the hospital is very nice and up-to-date. In the many times I have come here I have had very few negative experiences to speak of.… I have had several major surgeries and routine work done and have had no complaints. As to any hopsital there are pros and cons and of course not even experience I have had has been great but generally my experince has been positive.

Registration was quick Lab tech was friendly and did my blood draw with no issues

The Radiological Tech was super nice easy to talk to and informative. Reception and intake staff were kind and helpful

The level of professionalism and patient care was shockingly low and I ended up canceling and electing to have both procedures done at an alternate facility. The day before, I had received a call from a technician… giving details about the next day's appointment and after arriving at the hospital, the information was not the same at all. What was alarming, was that 3 employees could not give any explanation.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and how efficiently it’s run.

Efficient, friendly and timely!

I am only giving a three star rating because the emergency room was absolutely a horror show. I decided to bring my Child to this specific emergency room and told them my child was having seizure like activity and was… only met with attitude. When we went back to triage they continuously kept the thermometer in my child’s mouth, she proceeded to gag and started to throw up and the nurse did not remove it until the other nurse said that “she’s going to make herself throw up We will have to do it the other way” as the thermometer was no longer under my child’s tongue, but in the back of their Cheek .They would not let us have a few minutes to try to calm our child down or even try to take the temp ourselves, but allowed us to give our child the medication. Before they even did the temp in our child’s south end (yes I know it’s more accurate but still traumatizing for a 4 year old)they did not close the curtains before doing so, I had to. I waited to speak to a charge nurse for over 45 minutes and I understand the ED can get extremely busy, I may type one diabetic, so I spent most of my childhood in the hospital and understand how busy I can get in the patients that you need to have. If you come here for anything else other than the emergency room, I 100% recommended that you do. Unfortunately, if you are coming here for the emergency room, I suggest going to your next nearest emergency room.

I was given an ecko cardiogram ordered by Dr Gibbs, at the office, by a tech who was very professional.

We spent four days in the hospital due to an induction and a mild case of jaundice. Every single nurse, doctor, and staff we met was phenomenal. It was clear that everyone was passionate about their work and ensured… that and my husband were informed and that our new baby was well cared for.

Very good care by the staff and quick response to the nurse call button!
