Been going to Fola for awhile now and never had any problems with staff or clients. I walk in the door, get checked in, wait to dose and mind my business. If more people did the same they wouldn't have any problems… either. You can't walk in and expect to go to the window and dose right away and run out the door, it doesn't work like that, it's the same as if you went to a store or to the dope mans spot, if there's people before you, you're gonna have to wait until it's your turn. I've had multiple counselors because they come and go and I've never had a problem with them either, I see the doctor, I do what I'm supposed to and drop when told I need to. If you are having problems there, you must be the one starting problems because like I said I've been there for awhile and never had an issue.
Been going here for years. They have helped me get clean Would be lost without them. I would recommend this place to someone that needs help.
MOST OF YOUR CLIENTS THAT HAVE CODES USE!!!! I AM JUST WONDERING HOW THEY HAVE CODES?!!!! THEY USE!! YOU GUYS DRUG TEST THEM AND STILL LET THEM SLIDE WITH CODES...HMM I WONDER IF DEA AND THE STATE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR… THAT!!!!!
It is not professionals like it should be you.can get higher there
It's not the place, but the clients
Great Staff
Fola is definitely there to help you and the entire staff is always there for you no matter what
Its a good Clinic if ur not on no BS
What a great clinic security makes me feel safe the counselor and staff are profesional. The people at the counter are helpful and polite.whoever said fighting over list is lying there is only a list on saturday. No one… fights.
Methadone clinic usually pretty busy during morning and definitely a wait on Saturdays
I'm just sick of the Saturday list!! And we all need to remember not everyone in rehab or methadone clinics are in recovery! So work on you & don't worry about others! Ask for help! If you don't get help after you ask… for it then move on. All these clinics are over packed! The GOV. Doesn't help them that much so they do what they Can! The bathrooms would look nice if people would stop messing them up! Idk what they did this week but it's been in & out!! Now they need to change Saturday's! Get rid of the list! The lady that has the list now puts her friends names on it before they get there and people act like the list is a crack pipe or that there's a hand out going on! It's a list!! To drink methadone!! Really? Grow up! They all fight like animals!! " Im next to sign it!!" Pushing people down and fighting over a damn list!!! There's nothing wrong w the clinic it's the people that go there! There is a lot of racism, bullying & just a ton of B.S. going on! I cant even bring squares with me cause ill be surrounded by beggars begging me for a square or to buy some off me! Smh! The staff is Ok, it's the people at the clinic. If we would all respect each other it would be better! But will that ever happen? Doubt it
It does matter how the clinic looks,it's what you put in to your recovery ,you get what you put in. And as far as counseling goes there are a couple there who helped save my life and one was MS Dee. People have to… remember the counselors are not there to hold your hand. Thank you FOLA.
This place isn't nearly as bad as most of these reviews claim it is. Personally I've been to 4 rehabs since 2013. People act like rehabs are supposed to cater to the individual person. It doesn't work like that. You pay… for what you get. If you want to get custom treatment then expect to pay top dollar for the service then. While we where in active addiction, we didn't complain about the people, places and things we had to do to get are fix for the day. Now that a person wants to stop there abusive drug use, we are supposed to get 5 star service due to our bad choices and insane actions. Ofcorse there will always be some type of discrepancies when it comes to this type of environment. You have to keep the big picture in mind, don't let other peoples experiences compromise you. We are still blessed these places exsit. I seen a post where someone is getting a lawyer. Its these issues that are causing clinics to close and having clinics so raise rates. Why don't you sue the drug dealer that you got your drugs from? Bottom line this place has the tools to get you off the street drugs. Provide doctor's guidance, pain refilef and information to help individuals make better choices. Unless you have the money to go to a Betty Ford style rehab, be grateful for what we get for the price we pay. We where spending ten times the money while we where in active addiction. Rehab is not supposed to be easy & cater to us. We as adults made the choice to goto a particular rehab. The rehabs did force us to come. FOLA like any other clinic has its issues but nothing out of the ordinary. This place is pretty laid back for the most part. The groups are spread out decently. If you are required to do 2 groups a week, you have plenty of choices. Unlike another clinic where you have to do 3 groups a week if you have insurance. They picked the 3 days you had to go. If you are more than 5 minutes later it a missed group. 3 missed groups then you are put on the $40 a week plan.At FOLA, if you have county care you may be able to be picked up daily. HRDI or Renewed Hope didn't have that option.
Extremely dirty. The only good thing I have to say about that place is the lady at the front desk is very nice... otherwise wow... go someplace else... anywhere.
They all act like animals, and ms D should be fired she treat people so bad im a black person i hate the way she treat the white clients and she dont know how to run the place she's the reason fola is note a good place,… because the leater ain't no good as long as Ms.D is in charge fola will be out of control .
in and out,the staff is very nice and that goes for everyone that works there.
Beyond unorganized! Saturdays are a joke. They made people stand outside on one of the coldest days of the year for hours! I'll admit they try, but there's only so much employees can do. The owner only cares about… money. Also many of the counselors are racist. If you are white, then to them you can't possibly know what it's like to be poor!!! Certain counselors make it very difficult fir people who have actual legit careers as well! This place is a joke. So much of what they do is illegal, but they get away with it because they are a legal drug dealer and their cluents need them....just like they needed the dope man! If you want REAL HELP, don't go to FOLA. And as another patient stated, I also have Ms. D. and was told I was using someone elses urine due to low creatine! Creatine has NOTHING to do with the age of urine and doesn't point to someone elses urine. I don't eat much and all i drink is water so i naturally have low creatine....but don't tell ms. D that! She knows everything! Of course there was nothing wrong with my drops until i was fighting for my take-home medication though. She lies to my face constantly! Not to mention yrs ago when i was on probation and my old counselor threatened me saying she could send me back to prison...all of a sudden after a year of clean drops, i had dirty drops without using! These people are corrupt. The people giving good reviews haven't been there long enough yup have been asked to backdate paperwork by 6 months or more!! I hate to play the race card, but the black counselors are definitely racist towards white people who go there. It is really sad. We all just want help and quality of care that we as HUMAN BEINGS deserve! Don't waste your time or money by going here. You WILL end up paying even if your insurance covers methadone. They have an excuse for everything!
Very goof
the intake process was quick profrestional and prompt. the staff is caring and understanding of each and every clients personal needs and is eager and willing to help in any way possible.for such a large case load i… comend the entire staff for there organization. Upper management are personable and easy to get along with, and for the staff that show up at the break of dawn along with us,well lets just say your contribution to the whole process is without equal. You all steer the ship and we'd all sink without you. Thank You Fola and continue being that beacon of hope. Timothy John Huesman..
